Original Cyclops is pushing 40, so's his squeeze Emma Frost (Morrison wrote her admitting to be 38). That's canon. The rest of the living original X-Men are written middle-aged too.
Babyclops ( of the time-displaced O5 ) is 15 with multiple sources for that canon. Iceman's canon youngest among them but only by two or three years.
Pete and Johnny are the same age as each other but Marvel has them as now being younger than the original 5 X-Men despite their comics predating them.
This is pretty common in Marvel-land, the rule is that whatever is the general impression of age among the readers is the age they are.
That's one of the reasons Spiderman:OneMoreDay failed so hard, they tried to de-age Peter and the fans wouldn't have it.
There's also the thing where the Fantastic Four went into space and got their powers only about a decade ago, it's always only about a decade ago. In the '90s it was only about a decade ago.
But Spidey's always going to have been webswinging from his early teens on, so now the Spidey meets the FF story is fuzzy canon because of the inconsistency.

If you think this is nuts you should try figuring out what age Squirrelgirl was when she "nut"-ed Wolverine.
