I think so, Black Bolt uses Anti-gravitons to fly and make other people fly. Maybe he could use Blob's gravity against him.

I deploy them via airdrop, they land hard within a few meters of Blob.
After 2 minutes of their antics the Blob gets up and walks away because he can't take it anymore.

You never said they have to pick him up or anything.
