Not OP, but I swear to god, I've tried tracking this fucker for hours and all of the results end up to be a giphy, a tumblr post with no source or a YouTube Let's Player. My best guess at this point is that it's from some commercial or music video.

I seen this one before.. Its some trippy sounding music video.
