It's interesting how She-Hulk transformations focus on appearance while Bruce Banner's transformations focus on the mental and cognitive state. Savage Hulk is a 4 year old child who is completely different from Professor Hulk, who is an idealized version of adult Bruce. They are virtually completely different characters.
But lithe She-Hulk and muscle She-Hulk are the same as it's still Jen in control, mainly differing in body type and I guess mood.But it's still her. Still the same character from an observer's POV.
