Thanks Taffy
>>
So on the agenda moving forward now is a scene with Interpol getting reports of the elevated "terrorist" activities all over the world.

Then there's Dethklok being abducted mid concert and the vocaroo content.

Then there's the Gaz fight in the arcade.

For the Dethklok concert scene, I have some ideas for characters that could do a cameo to provide background commentary as the carnage ensues before the narrative focuses in Nemesis' POV. Will show that later after working on this.

Ok, I'm gonna update some stuff, Who was the third of Daffy's sons? Is Woody's current Stand the one we are using, right?

What's gonna be the win condition in Gaz' encounter? survive long enough to retrieve Inch High? make her lose all the balls?

>large circular room with screens lining the wall showing all kinds of different data
>in the center is a large holographic globe with several symbols and mini screens surrounding it
>lots of jokes about various /co/ related locations, maybe something about another board
>a woman with an eye patch is observing a document when an agent comes up to her
>"Dr. Director! Urgent report from the American branch!"
>Director swiftly reads the document, then heads out a door towards a large office room.
>"Sir, I think you'd better read this.", she says, placing the document on a desk.
>an older bolding man reads the document, frowns a little, then gives a small smile
>"Well well, this will certainly be interesting, won't it?"

Let's see... Shirley, Dodo and Woody.

They have to survive in the pinball machine for 15 minutes. You can check that in an outline that is written near the end regarding Gaz's scene.

Some random ideas for Deadlock's encounter:
>Gameboy uses the restraining thing in his nipples to immobilize Deadlock, trapping him in a cocoon. He tears down the cocoon after the whole stage is lifted.
>When he plays the organ, the survivors in the crowd starts booing him, saying that they didn't came there for a gay-ass organ concert.
>Nemesis says he knows exactly what they came for. He presses a combination of keys in the organ, causing it to shoot a barrage of fire and brimstone, like an Exorcist tank, on the remaining concert goers.
>Even after that, there is still survivors who can't stop commenting on how the whole experience was metal as fuck.

>>85842304
Ok, now off to find Dodo's Stand

>>85843130
Oh, now I feel dumb.

>Dodo's Stand

You mean this one?

Stand: 『CULT OF PERSONALITY』
>Appearance: An outfit seemingly made out of crumbling stone and bears the motif of some ancient mythical figure, either Garuda or Rukh
>Ability: 『CULT OF PERSONALITY』 is a Suit type Stand. When activated, the Stand will draw power from every instance of its user's 『image』 within the surrounding area up to and including reflections, drawings, understandable symbolism etc. For each occurrence of such, the user and Stand's output and receipt of force can be set to the 『implied mass and strength』 that such number of the user's body currently in play.
>>
>>85843181
So we're using Gameboy as if he were Jailbot, right?

He could do anything we need him to do.

So from shooting silly string from his nipples to turning into a massive helicopter, he can do it.

When he first sees the concert and all the devastation its causing, he should send a video feed back to the jail.
The Warden starts rocking out to it, Dredd becomes foaming at the mouth enraged and orders Gameboy to apprehend those criminals.

I see Plucky may do a cameo in this next part. Are there any ideas about him so far?

So far I was thinking one of the Interpol agents, possibly Penny or someone who met him before like Rex Banner, going to talk to him about the terrorist attacks and the fact they are linked to previous locations used by WB.
>>
>>85845457
Maybe he comments about how he was busy dealing with all the renegade elements in the WB just before the attacks started, and if we are using that bit of Woody's background where he tried to kill Plucky, he mentions that this year has been particularly shitty.
>>
>>85845457
I think him just answering a phone call will suffice.

We need any new characters so far?

I had a couple of ideas, but no stands for them yet. Still, I'll work on them more if we do need someone new yet.

Also, a reminder, Breach was suggested for this part, but no one's used her yet.
>>
>>85847073
you can always dig through the userless Stand list in the doc.
>>
>>85847073
A lot of characters are suggested for parts before we get to them, but once we're on them and need to start using them, we find that they don't really work with where we want to go in the story.

I don't think anyone saw most of what we currently have in part 6 coming.

Though Breach might make an interesting member of the Dada Party in part 7. If her power is still being able to warp to other place, it could explain how Mr. Nobody's forces are always ahead of the racers even when he makes last second changes to the course.
>>
>>85847313
Well that's why I was wondering if we had any positions available in the part yet. I was considering suggesting Claudandus from Felidae, but it'd only really work if he could have a fight against Pericles I guess.
>>
>>85845961

That is a start. Here is a suggestion.

>Rex Banner is called to talk to with his superiors at Interpol. He reports what he learned while talking to Plucky's on telephone. Flashback occurs.
>"This has been a rough year so far, Mr. Banner. Not as much compared with last year, but awful in a whole different level." (he says this on the phone as he gazes at the portraits of Dexter and Toph, which are placed in his desk along with portraits of other UR members san obviously Cartman)
>"I can see why. I heard you are having problems in dealing with rough elements from WB's old reign?"
>"Tell me about it. Last month we found that a couple of studios that used to operate in the 30's became hideouts for demons that worked for that Red weirdo."
>"In fact, this incident also has to do with that question you just asked me earlier. You see, while I was investigating the archives of those old studios, I learned that those demons were using resources of the WB to hide stocks of the jawbreakers. They were probably planning to use those in case their main stocks were found or destroyed."
>Rex: "Is that so?"
>Plucky: "Yeah, they were so sneaky that the locations picked to hide the back-up stocks are places where some classics had been filmed! 'The Shinning', 'Carrotblanca', 'Fish Bowl 2'! The list doesn't stop!"
>Rex: "I get the picture..."
>As the flashback ends, the superiors realize that the film's locations provided by Plucky are, coincidentally, the same places where the terrorist attacks happened. Rex also adds that Plucky revealed that the vacation villas of celebrities and executives that were under Red Guy's payoll have been used as hideouts to keep the back-up stocks, and those places also coincide with the current terrorist attacks
>>
>>85847556
Problem occurs that they're not supposed to be able to begin intercepting the Warden's collectors until Penny receives a transmission from Inch High with an image of the map of all the jawbreaker caches.

And I think Interpol would already know there are caches because of all the smuggling and the numbers of the things on the black market.

Plus Swiper is a reverse triple double agent, so even though he's not loyal to them, he still probably gave them the locations of caches that ere mostly depleted after Dora's arrest.
>>
>>85847705

I based the lines about WB mostly about this info that is actually in the doc:

>Interpol tries to decipher a pattern in the attacks, it turns out each location was formerly under the influence of the WB

So they start don't intercepting the agents, but notice all the previous attacks ocurred in places which had a connection with WB. They ask Plucky if he knows anything about it and he informs them that. You can either drop the idea of Plucky's cameo if it is deemed to unecessary and redundant and just follow with a scene of the agents pointing how much the attacks coincide with a place where WB had influences.

Like I said before, it is supposed to be a suggestion and of course the idea will come as crummy. It is mostly to add something for this Interpol scene.
>>
>>85847073
>>85847139
「MNEMONIQ」maybe? Seems like it'd fit.

On another note, do we go ahead and post any ideas we have for side stories in the dock? I don't want to clog up the thread.
>>
>>85848863
Actually we post everything to the thread first for review and then move it to the doc once we have it just right.
>>
>>85847556
If not here, maybe before the Daffy's sons arc Plucky mentions that he fended off an assailant in the past months, showing a flashback of a shadowed Woody.

>san obviously Cartman
["Goddammit!" in the distance]
>>
>>85848957
Cool. I had a few ideas.

>Devil In His Heart
>Mark Lily goes on an adventure in Hell after the events of Part 5 with his demon girlfriend
>may or may not involve AXE COP

>More Stories About Buildings and Food
>various stories involving underused characters from Part 4
>solo fights for PPG, more Billy and Mandy, and the Eds encountering the Kankers

But enough of that, back to Part 6. What's on the table?
>>
>>85849733
Since Loki stole Cartman's stand, he evolved it into that big propaganda monster with the nuclear bomb foot.

We should have the racers have to race all over that thing while fighting it.

Though I also have ideas of them having to race across the backs of famous giant kaiju actors while in the Hollywood portion of the race.

Oh, the ideas I have for the legs of the race.

>>85847997
They notice a pattern that only old WB installations are being targeted, but there are thousands of them and they have no idea which are going to be hit next.

Once they get the image of the map from Inch High (this is after Dora VS Gaz), they have a list of all the locations, then they eliminate the ones already hit. That narrows it down enough for them to begin intercepting the Frizz, Gameboy, and whoever else (Skarr maybe, if we're still using him).

Swiper also needs to play a role during the Interpol focused portion.
>>
>>85849934
Currently working through Interpol's reaction to what's happening, then the Dethklok concert.

I have a few ideas for what comes after that (when we're back with Dora's group), but I'm waiting since I want to see what the anons who are really into Nemesis do for this portion.
>>
>>85849954

>They notice a pattern that only old WB installations are being targeted, but there are thousands of them and they have no idea which are going to be hit next.

So regarding Plucky's cameo, how that will work then?

He tells them he is been busy busting Red Guy's remaining goons (as well as mentioning Woody's assassation attempt like >>85849733 suggested) so he can't help much about the WB's locations that are being attacked by the Warden's agents?

Or do you prefer to drop the cameo for good? Personally I got fond of that idea of the Woody foreshadowing, but who knows.
>>
>>85850001
How would Interpol react? Would they consider sending out agents, or just put everyone on standby and see what happens?
Actually, where is Penny at this point?
>>
>>85850155
Let me play with it a bit, picking up from >>85842199 and taking cues from >>85847556

>Cut to an office, it's at ground level and very modest
>A secretary enters "Mr. Duck, you have a phone call from Mr. Banner."
>"Put him through, I'll take the call immediately."
>Plucky spins around in his chair much like how the Red Guy did for his reveal in part 5, only Plucky does it in a cheerfully comedic way, spinning around a few more times than he meant to which ruins any dramatic effect
>He finally stops himself and picks up the phone
>"Agent Banner, long time no see, I heard this has been a rough year for you, but still nothing compared to five years ago." he looks over to some kind of memorial for all the people who died in the Man of Murder finale of part 5
>Cut to Rex in some Interpol office "I'm sure you're already aware, but all the recent 'attacks' seem to be targeting old WB properties. It was already bad enough with all the cartels in the area smuggling jawbreakers out of the country."
>Cut back to Plucky in his office "We've had our hands full with that as well, every time we think we've cut off their supply, someone finds a new stockpile of them somewhere. So you think the places hit were all caches?"
>Back to Rex who is looking at a holographic map of the world "Positive, and it's not just the Old Country, it's everywhere, anywhere the WB had infrastructure they seemed to have a cache."
>Back to Plucky in his office, he's looking over old files now on the computer "That is a problem, we've had years and we're still going through everything those demons had up here. I'll send you the files as well as grant you any permissions you need to search the properties."
>Back to Rex at Interpol, he's bringing up the files now "I appreciate it, also, one more thing, how are you doing? I heard some screwy guy tried to take you out a while back?"
this went longer than I though it would.
>>
>>85850729
>Back to Plucky's office, he's standing now looking at some old photos of the Urban Rangers all together, Cartman is cut off in the photo because he's too fat
>"Oh that? Yeah, just another guy with a grudge against my old man. I took care of him, though he left quite an impression." as he peers out the blinds at some damage to the surrounding buildings that have holes in them, holes perfectly shaped like a certain screwy woodpecker "Not sure how you're keeping a guy like that locked up."

>>85850655
Once Penny gets the image from Inch High her case becomes connected to the current big case and she's brought in.
>>
>>85850655
>How would Interpol react?
I think they'll wait and study the situation, dispatching agents left and right would be counterproductive, especially if they are dealing with a small army.

>>85850840
>Cartman is cut off in the photo because he's too fat
Fuck, my sides.
>>
>>85851414
We can switch to the concert now with whoever commenting on how brutally metal it is before Nemesis' internal monologue kicks in.

The Interpol cut away isn't meant to be very long here, it's just to establish that the Warden is full of shit and lies to his staff.
>>
>>85848863
Breach's stand was suggested earlier, it was called Room of Angel but I think it got changed to [TAKE ON ME]?

It functioned similarly to Sticky Fingers, but with D4C-style teleport abilities. Pretty much what she had in the show except she opened portals with ghost arms from her back, and they had a pretty limited range.

I'll dig through the archive if we need her.
>>
>>85851787
In part 6 we have Giffany who phase shifts things, so that might be too similar.

I still think she has potential for being a member of the Dada Party, maybe she has a corpse part and that boosts her range astronomically.
>>
>>85851787
Actually someone else should dig through the archive if she's wanted probably.

I tried looking for it and it tried uploading malware onto my PC.
>>
>>85852105
What? Also, found it in under a minute.

https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/84119456/#84149497
Breach
>[ROOM OF ANGEL] (I couldn't really think of a good name)
>appearance: Several ghostly arms that emerge from the user's back.
>ability: The arms can create tears in space time anywhere within range, even in midair. Tears will "heal" quickly unless she focuses on keeping them open. Keeping several tears open can be exhausting.
>Tears resemble open wounds when opened, and fade away after a few second unless effort is put into keeping one open. If there are two tears open at a time, something may be transferred between them as though they were portals. Additionally, if something is inserted into a tear which seals up, the thing can be retrieved by reopening the tear where it was placed.
>Tear size plays a factor as well. The bigger the tear, the harder it is to keep open. If a tear is large enough, a person can be teleported between them. Tears can also be used to remove space if large enough. By opening a tear roughly the size of the opponent in front of them, she can pull them closer by closing it. Larger tears take longer to heal than regular tears, some taking a few minutes. Breach can close tears at will however, by "zipping" up a tear with an arm.
>She can also open tears within tears, leading to being able to pull out strange things not normally found there. Opening a tear in a tear can allow the retrieval of things from parallel worlds or dimensions, or storing items in those places. She can even place a tear on a person's head, open a tear inside of it, and pull out something the opponent is thinking about.
>The arms that open her tears have a limited range, but have a very fast reaction time and power.
>role:
>A high security prisoner. Because of the dangerous nature of her stand, she is kept in a heavily armored and guarded chamber and bound and chained. Warden releases her in dire emergencies.

Not enough space left to post my thoughts on this.
>>
>>85852217
A lot has changed since this was suggested, I'd say her tears should all connect to a hub world (there was an episode of Generator Rex about her having a town in a pocket dimension she kept for amusement) she can enter freely and exit freely. She can exit from the hub world anywhere she has ever made a tear from that is within range of the location she entered from.

If she's re-purposed to part 7, then she could be given a corpse part to store in her hub world which could increase her range to global levels.

I'm concerned that as is, it's too similar to Plucky's holes.
>>
>>85852217
Desuarchive was down for me so I tried a somewhat less trustworthy place..

At least I escaped without my computer dying.
>>
>>85852282
I also realized when I went to go find the info on Breach that we've been working on part 6 since the end of June. We've been on this part for two months now, and while there hasn't been a lull in development, it doesn't feel like we've been on this part for that long.

We should probably try to get part 6 "done" before October rolls around.

Well, we're still mostly on track, part 5 also took about two months.

Also for fuck's sake, someone update the booru.

There was new art last thread, multiple new arts. And I'm finding arts that aren't on there.
>>
>>85852271
Part 7 in the original Jojo meant retreading some stands
>>
>>85852618
Well we're not doing a universe reset at the end of our part 6, so that negates the reasoning for reusing powers in previous parts with different characters and stands.
>>
>>85851558
had other ideas for Nemesis encounter:
>While fighting, Nemesis (through Deadlock) gloats that his blade, Ace of Swords, is made of some khaos-infused metal, that a man-made object is no match for it.
>Gameboy retorts that he is made of Nintendium when Deadlock's sword barely scratches his exterior.
>At the end of the concert, before mounting his bike, he claims that "He is the Warlock", hinting at his real identity.

>>85852271
Maybe getting the corpse part is what causes her to develop an extra pair of arms.
>>
>>85852758
I think it should be mostly Deadlock's personality before he takes the stage and begins playing the organ.

And I've been looking up Rex Banner, we really did a poor job with the jargon he's known for in part 5, he should probably use that jargon all over Swiper when baiting him into lying so his stand activates.

Now it see if the thread survives the night.
>>
>>85847073

Reviewfag accepted my stand a few threads ago. Still dunno where to put him.

Stand user: Spike (Tom and Jerry)

Stand name: [WHO LET THE DOGS OUT]

Appearance: A silver dog-like stand that resembles Tyke, with numerous bite-sized holes in its' body. The holes are closed off with prison-cell like doors and disappear when the stand activates its' power.

Type: Swarm Stand

Ability: [WHO LET THE DOGS OUT] main body can be used as an average punchghost. However, when the stand is struck, it lets out a lesser version of the stand, Called [LI'L TYKE],that in addition to clawing and gnawing, can let out [BARKS]. If the user is struck instead, 3 [TYKES] appear. Weak by themselves, when used with the other [TYKES], blast off their victims further. Each [TYKE] lives for a minute, before rushing off to [WLTDO].

Addendum: [BARKS] are "sonic boom" style projectiles.

>Otto: Yo man, I have heard the Dethklok concerts were hardcore, but this...
>-A brain with a pair of eyes still attached to it flies above him-
>Otto: This is AMAZING BRO!

>The next panel then shows Otto among a pile of bloodied and gruesomely maimed corpses.

I think other characters that could appear here and provide commentary how the concert became a massive carnage but it still incredible nonetheless would include Frida from El Tigre, since she is a rock fan, and Harold as I had suggested here >>85841825, using his Mogar persona.

Could Billy make a special cameo here as well? Could be interesting father and son commenting about what's going on around them through their unique ways of stupidity and obliviouness.

Other character to suggest to make a cameo in this part would be Luna from The Loud House, but given the fanbase's reputation in /co/ I'm not very confident in writing lines for the character, even if it is just a small appearance.

We don't have a Stand suggestion for Jonah Hex yet, even though he's probably one of the protagonists of part 7, so here's my idea:
>Name: Jonah Hex
>Stand name: [NAMELESS WORLD]
>Appearance: A skeletal eagle, with the structure of its bones vaguely recalling the Confederate flag
>Ability: [NAMELESS WORLD] allows its user to see through and ignore the effect of any reality warping Stands or other abilities, including [MELODY]. However, the Stand is very weak, so the only way that Hex can fight is by shooting at the user.
>Corpse part: Right eyeball
Much as Gyro doesn't start out with a Stand, Jonah probably wouldn't get his until partway through the story.

And here's some Stands/personalities for corpse!Jane
Stand name: [THE HANGMAN'S BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER]
Appearance: Variant of [DRIVER 8], maybe with a psychedelic color scheme?
Ability: THBD, as a Stand, can alter whatever a target sees to be a "forced perspective trick" - for example, if there is an apple close to the target and a tree very far away, THBD can change it to be a huge apple in the distance and a very small tree close up. (The exact mechanics of how this actually works should probably be brushed over.)
Corpse part: Left forearm?

Stand name: [BLACK ANNIS]
Appearance: Variant of [DRIVER 8], with blue "skin", ragged clothing and clawed fingers
Ability: Strong punchghost; if [BLACK ANNIS] kills someone and the Stand user (Jane) "wears" the skin of the dead person, everyone who sees her will believe that she is the dead person. This remains effective as long as the Stand remains active, but will not affect those who see Jane in the process of putting the skin on. {If anyone can think of something better that'd be grea}
Corpse part: Right hand?

Stand name: [FLITTER FLUTTER] (Flit)
Appearance: Variant of [DRIVER 8] dressed like Flit from the comics
Ability: ??? {should probably be a power relating to teleportation, but I'm not sure what}
Corpse part: Left lung

Stand name: [SUNSHINE SUPERMAN]
Appearance: Superman, but completely gold and white, and with a sun motif instead of an S one.
Ability: [SUNSHINE SUPERMAN] is surrounded by an aura which will show someone the [truth] of themself and their actions; for example, if confronting Lex Luthor, this Stand would show that his actions aren't for the greater good of humanity, but those of a selfish megalomaniac. The closer one gets to [SUNSHINE SUPERMAN], the harder it is to deny to oneself this [truth]. The aura also weakens and disrupts the powers of those who are in denial about the [truth] of themselves.
Formed from the complete Corpse. Can manifest itself in addition to one of the "alter" Stands.
>>
>>85856955
I think [MR. BLUE SKY] would be a better name for the fully formed corpse.
>>
>>85856882
I take issue with stands with powers that only work based on the existence of other stands.

It should let him see reality as is, meaning anything he looks at with it he gains some insight about, but that could be too similar to Nigel's [AFRICA].
>>
>>85858394
Why so? I went with Sunshine Superman since it's already connected to Supes via Grant Morrison, plus there's the element of Superman's powers coming from the sun and the Stand radiating an aura like sunlight.
>>85858748
Hrm. It doesn't work solely with Stands, since it also concerns the use of other reality warping powers, but I guess I see your point. Not sure what else we could go with, though; "seeing through bullshit" seems appropriate for Hex, and he definitely shouldn't have something too flashy.
Maybe a power that's some sort of soft counter to Mr Nobody? I was thinking of having Jonah die a la Gyro after giving up the eye, and his Stand, in order to assemble the complete corpse, so maybe it'd be good if his death was something he could have avoided if he'd had his Stand?
>>
>>85859932
Maybe it lets him track things better? Mr. Nobody is a person you can only see as if looking at him through the corner of your eye.
I really don't have any ideas for it Hex's stand.

But as far as the corpse goes, I'm pretty sure that once it's assembled it's not Superman who Mr. Nobody pulls from it (yes, it's still Superman's corpse), it's Stardust the Super Wizard.
>>
>>85860500
When was that decided? I don't remember that at all.
(Also, why would Stardust come out if Superman's corpse?)
>>
>>85861701
The only thing I recall is that the corpse's identity is left ambiguous.
>>
>>85861737
I still like the idea of the group of capes who split up the corpse all being from different teams with Superman expies - the idea that it's not just the body of "the" Superman, but EVERY "Superman", works really well with it being a manifestation of the idea of heroism.
>>
>>85861701
Like 4+ months ago the idea was proposed that Mr. Nobody ends up pulling Stardust the Super Wizard back into existence using the corpse.

It's kind of like how he accidentally unleashed the 5th Horseman of the Apocalypse from inside a cursed painting in Doom Patrol.
>>
Hey /Co/Co/, been lurking on and off for a while now.
Question, has Uncle Grandpa ever come up in these threads? I'm assuming not, its a very love/hate kinda show.
>>
>>85861950
I mean... sure. Why not?
The Hero's personality can still be released by merging with Jane, though, yeah? Stardust was just trapped in there for some unexplained reason. (Still fixed on the idea that the last fight should be Corpse!Crazy Jane vs Mask!Wizard Daffy; it makes a lot of sense in terms of themes, Jane's story, and JoJo parallels.)
>>
>>85862059
Hasn't appeared yet, I think. If anything from the show does show up, it should be a secondary character; Xavier's got the "bizarre helpful elf Stand-thing" role pretty well covered.
>>
>>85862077

Lurker here. I'm still confused who is going to be the protag for this Part 7, like a few threads ago there was this one guy who objected the idea of Jane being the main protag because she approved the idea of Mr. Nobody being the president and went to a suggest a different new character to be the protag instead, and the ideas for the protags keep changing from time to time.
>>
>>85862059
He's an all powerful god who only involves himself with mere mortals to stave off the boredom of endless existence.

He seems like the kind of guy who would wreck Ethan's shit in part 8.

>>85862077
It's an older idea, but I still want to get Stardust in part 7 since he fits the identity/obscurity motif.

In all honesty I think we should hold off trying to set fixed events in place for part 7 until we figure out who the main characters of the part are.

And I'm dead set against anyone from Doom Patrol being in the main protagonist group since then it just turns into a Doom Patrol story with Mr. Nobody as president.

I also don't see why anyone is trying to push for Crazy Jane to be against Mr. Nobody, the whole election arc in Doom Patrol she refused to act against him and said she was even going to vote for him since she liked his platform.
>>
>>85862121
P. Steve with [WALK THE DINOSAUR] aka Mr. Gus? They've got a certain dynamic between them.
Only problem with that is Gus would likely just be a punch stand with fire breath.
>>
>>85862182
>And I'm dead set against anyone from Doom Patrol being in the main protagonist group since then it just turns into a Doom Patrol story with Mr. Nobody as president.
Ehhh, I dunno... I would've agreed with you while Robotman was still in the running, but Jane fits the motif and story role so well that I like the idea of using her. 'sides, the rest of the part is very much non-Doom Patrol; it's probably the widest spectrum of influences that we've had in a base concept for any part.
Also, part 1's hero and villain were from the same series.
>I also don't see why anyone is trying to push for Crazy Jane to be against Mr. Nobody, the whole election arc in Doom Patrol she refused to act against him and said she was even going to vote for him since she liked his platform.
Alternate universe, things aren't necessarily the same. We could have her be conflicted about fighting him, too.
>>

>We could have her be conflicted about fighting him, too.

So, just like when Johnny felt conflicted in killing Valentine after learning that Valentine's true intentions was to use the Corpse to protect USA from any disasters.

IMO it's a less obvious name, and it also fits in with the story we're going for. The lyrics talk about a hopeful force that has disappeared, much like how the death of "The Hero".

>Mister Blue Sky, please tell us why
>You had to hide away for so long
>Where did we go wrong?

There's also a line about a darker figure, who could be Nobody trying to gain the power of The Hero.

>Mister Blue, you did it right
>But soon comes Mister Night creepin' over
>Now his hand is on your shoulder
>Never mind I'll remember you this
>I'll remember you this way

Plus I've personally associated it with Supes for a while

>>85862171
There's always been arguing over who the protagonist should be. Nothing has been set in stone mainly because no one can really agree on what the hell is even going on other then comic characters and a race. Personally I've got my money on Henry Pym
>>
>>85862510
Yeah, but part 1 was Courage and Eustace, and they were already antagonistic to each other in their source material.

And it's just too out of character for Crazy Jane to be against Mr. Nobody. We've had out of character interpretations before, and a lot of them, but this one just rubs me all the wrong ways.
I'm just not seeing any good/interesting motive for her that makes me want to write her in that role in that part.

But we still need to get back to part 6. I'm waiting on someone else to take the lead with this concert since I got my fill of writing that back in part 5.
>>
>>85862670

I started here >>85856430 hours ago, my issue is that I'm not familiar with the characters of Nemesis and the Dethklok members, and I'll need someone else to fill the dialogue of those characters.
>>
>>85862740
I don't know those characters either, so not much I can do here.
>>
>>85862740
I'll make an attempt

>Otto looks on towards the stage
>scene of a huge crowd gathered around a massive stage
>Narrator: "Dethklok! The world's most popular band! There estimated net worth ranks eighth in the world, and there's concerts regularly drain entire towns of their resources!"
>Nathan standing on stage watching the crowd
>they're all going crazy killing each other in various brutal ways
>the bands not even playing
>Nathan: "*yawns*"
>Toki: "Yah know, I don't even really feel like playing tonight."
>Skwisgaar: "There is nots much point in showings off my abilities if no one but you can hear me."
>Pickles: "I kinda want to take a nap..."
>Muderface: "Alright, *guitar noise* this! I gotta take a piss"
>Muderface then walks off stage, where he runs into the groups manager.

Don't really know Nemesis. If the way the character speaks is important I'll leave the up to someone else. If not I can continue.
>>
Gene Wilder has died. This is upsetting.

>>85863229
>"For I am the Nemesis, I am Khaos, I am Deadlock, I am the Warlock, the shape of things to come, the lord of the flies, holder of the sword sinister, the death bringer, I am all these things and many more."

>"Just because Torquemada is evil, don't assume that must mean that I'm good."

I assume based on this he is very flamboyant in a morbid/dark humor way.

>>85863912
He is an amoral character at best, some more quotes:
>"This should bore me... the endless fights... the endless punishment we inflict on each other... But... I just can't get enough of it. Fighting with the most insane creature from this asylum world... So violent. So dangerous. That's what makes it so exciting. So good."
>"Can you imagine the boredom of being what you would call a god..? A being capable of having anything he wants... Your planet — with its nightmare inhabitants — offers me excitement!"

Meanwhile, Deadlock is a robotic warrior priest, worshipper of khaos, here's a quote about him:
>"Don't get taken in by Deadlock either. He comes out with all that occult stuff... all that mysticism... I'm not impressed. He may wrap it up in fancy words, but deep down... he's just an evil swine like me."
>>
>>85865259
So that's his character.

The situation we have him in is he's the manager for the most popular band on the planet, a band who's concerts end up causing several hundred deaths with each song.

How does he make them preform?
>>
>>85866481
As they usually do? Deadlock was bent on the spreading of chaos, and the effect that Dethklok's concerts cause is a perfect device for it. Maybe that was Nemesis' project while he was part of the WB.
>>
>>85866751
Someone should comment on how it looks like some kind of metal apocalypse, then the Warden starts incorrectly calling them Metalocalypse thinking it's their band name.
>>

>Frida: Man, this concert is going to be forever imprinted in my memory!
>Luna: I know, right? It's unbelievable how they made this massacre so realistic and messy... It's like a metal apocalypse!
>-In Warden's office-
>Warden: Did you just hear that, Dredd? M-e-t-a-l-o-c-a-l-y-p-se, that must be the name of the band! It's so chilling, so ominous... it's perfect!
>Dredd: Warden, I don't think those dumb girls were refering to the...
>Warden: Contact Gameboy immediately and tell him to bring our new brand addition for [Pure Imagination] right now!
>Dredd: ...
>Dredd: Gameboy, are you receiving this message? Go below that hellpit and bring those punks right away.
>>
>>85867842
I really think Dredd would be pissed at the band's actions. He'd probably give the order himself for Gameboy to arrest them, much to the Warden's delight.
>>
>>85867890

Yeah, I did hear that the dialogue suggested for this scene previously was Dredd reacting over the carnage with extreme disgust and anger, followed by Warden commenting how he is impressed in a positive way.

I think cutting off the first two last lines and re-arranging the last one by Dredd before this interchange of dialogue should work.

The last lines could be something like this instead:

>Dredd: Warden, I don't think those dumb girls were refering to the band espeficically.
>Warden: -shrugs- Does it matter? I like "Metalocaylpse" just fine. It has a nice, thrilling sound. Besides, our new friends will be under MY juridisction, and whatever I say, it IS the final word. Copy that?
>Dredd: Hrrmm, never mind... -shifts to a thought bubble- Who I am to discuss about band's names anyway, I barely care about music.
>>
>>85868409
Yeah, but how do we get from >>85863229 to >>85867842 is the question now.

>Murderface: “Hey, outta my way, I gotta take a piss!”
>Before Murderface stands a large humanoid clad in a golden armor, a cloak and, for some reason, wearing a collar with a necktie.
>Deadlock: What is the meaning of this? You are in the middle of a presentation…
>Murderface: “I said, I gotta take a piss! NOW!” He tries to flank Deadlock to no avail.
>Deadlock: You seriously lack discipline, boy. Don't you live to serve your unconditional followers? They crossed the oceans to hear you and your comrades' music.
>Murderface: Not this *guitar noise* again. Look, no one is paying attention to the concert, and I seriously need to...
>Deadlock: Listen to yourself, focusing only on your own whims, where is your dedication to the cause of Khaos?!
>Murderface: You..you are right, man. I guess I have to return to the stage.
>Deadlock: Of course I'm right. Thankfully, you are a fast...
>Murderface: Ha! gotcha, mother*guitar noise*! (he runs past Deadlock) Now gimme dat bottle, I won't reach the bathrooms thanks to you.
>Murderface grabs a bottle that Deadlock was holding and runs behind the stage.

Now the question is, Nemesis monologue is during this part or at the begining of the concert scene?
>>
>>85870816

Could work in this part. As Deadlock/Nemesis sees Murderface leaving, we have a sequence of panels with captions, each one showcasing Nemesis' inner thoughts - How he is impressed that humans waste so much money to see themselves getting killed in a rock concert, how he admires the indifference of Dethklok toward the death and chaos around them. Next he ponders he is lucky that Dethklok is still loyal for him, even after Red Guy fell and the demons that escaped from Plucky and Interpol's hands were scattered around the world, all of them including Nemesis unsure of their futures until Nemesis realized that Dethklok was going to stick with him no matter what, so they formed a bond that is lasting until now. Nemesis then ponders if this happiness will last for real, that's when the focus cuts to Gameboy arriving at the concert hall and starts showing what's happening to Dredd and Warden.
>>
>>85870816
Probably at the beginning of the concert scene, then he stops when he notices the concert hasn't started yet and goes to see what problem he has to deal with this time.

>"They choose to spend their lives slaving away at tedious tasks for these little scraps of paper."
>"Then they use those earnings which they sacrificed sleep, food, social standing, and personal relations for all so that they may die in glorious chaos."
>"Such a magnificent species."
>Panel of Deadlock overseeing the whole crowd from a vantage point, the mosh pits have already claimed dozens in some improvised gladiatorial combat
>Still in narration boxes, now panning over the stage
>"I am quite fortunate, when the WB fell and the fat red one was banished back to hell, all of the contracts fell through."

Then
>>85863229
>>85870816

And now we need to bridge more between here and >>85867842
>>
>>85872925

How about this:

-Gameboy arrives just when Dethklok starts playing again and the carnage resumes
-Dredd and Warren receive the transmission from Gameboy. Dredd is horrified but Warden finds the whole thing fun. Dredd then orders Gameboy to arrest the Dethklok.
-Gameboy goes to do so but gets into a fight with Deadlock. Deadlock is imprisoned in a metal cocoon like it was suggested some time ago as Gameboy carries the band along with the stage.
-The remaining survivors of the carnage, including Otto, Frida and Luna, start booing as the stage and the band are taken away. Deadlock frees himself just in time to see his employees being taken.
-Seeing the survivors booing, he goes to an organ and starts playing. The survivors get even more unhappy and start booing louder. One of the characters, maybe Otto, complains that if he wanted to hear some sissy organ play he would have bought tickets to an Andrew Llyodd Webber concert instead. Deadlock explains that is exactly they wanted, and starts playing in a way balls of fire start hitting the survivors.
-After finishing his performance, Deadlock leaves with Otto, Frida and Luna being the only survivors of the final assault. Luna and Frida then comment that, despite Dethklok before they could hear their final song properly, they state they will remember this concert for the rest of their lives. The part ends with police sirens being heard from outside and cops busting in and pointing guys in the remaining trio.

>Pericles: "Now that you said, I don't feel tormented anymore. I still remember I was captured and chained, but the memories of the butchering, the torture... they are all foggy and vague now."

I think after this it can cut off to him flying and scoping the area of PI. Might add some more stuff to bridge.

Damn, that's perfect, that should be the name of the pinball machine (though Pinball Wizard was one of the names suggested for Wizard Daffy's Stand).

I'd have them correct him about the rescue bit and then have him express some concern that they are all trapped in this place now. He should also ask about Sticks and then be a bit relived at least one of them isn't stuck in the Warden's sadistic playground.

then a flash back.

Why not Pinball Masquerade, named after "Six Nightmares at the Pinball Masquerade"?

From the script in the pastebin:

>Pericles spotted something peculiar as well: an arcade

So after scanning the area for a while, he finds the arcade house and reports to the group, revealing an info that he overheard from the demons while he was their prisoner.

Demon 1: Hey, by the way, I heard the boss busted this funny little man in a detective suit recently. How about we find that little man and add him to our supper? Might be good!
Demon Freak: No, no, bad idea. The funny little man in the detective suit is being the current plaything of Professor Membrane's scary daughter, so you well know what happens when someone interferes with her.
Demon 1: -gasps in terror- P-P-Professor Membrane's daughter? You know what, forget what I said, I'm not interested in the little man anymore!
Demon 2: I'd rather eat broken glass for 2 days than dealing with that girl...

Pericles then goes explaining that the demons appear to be scared of Gaz and try to avoid a speficic place in PI which she usually frequents, which is the arcade house known as Bloaty's Pizza Hog and Arcade Center.

One of the girls asks if Pericles ever saw Gaz before, and he tells that he saw her at least once a couple of years ago, when she went to the real prison to deliver a Father's Day gift to Membrane but was unable because Membrane was busy with Von Drake. Pericles explains further that Gaz has a scary, intimidating aura, and shouldn't be taken lightly.

Maybe at some point in the story, [SUNSHINE SUPERMAN] morphs into a more fitting version for the moment, [MR. BLUE SKY], maybe because it just evolved or maybe because Mr. Nobody touched it with his Stand and it gave it a temporary chaotic form?

Nah, anon. This thing here will be completed. 6 out of 8+spinoff.

Anyways, here is a racer for part 7:

STAND USER: Krokodil Gena (Cheburashka)
STAND NAME: [BLUE WAGON] (Song from aforementioned Cheburashka) or [DROPS OF JUPITER] (Train)

Appearance: A completely blue ethereal humanoid form, with its' base located inside Gena's vehicle's chimney. (whatever that thing where the coal is shoved in)
Ability: [BLUE WAGON] has the ability to produce [TRAIN TRACTS] on any possible surface in 10 meters around him. On them, [BLUE WAGON] and the user can move with a speed of sound. While they are on the tracks, the pipe produces thick black smoke, that blinds and suffocates the targets.

Vehicle: [TCHAIKOVSKY]
Appearance: Red and Black locomotive.

Role, one of the racers in part 7. Dunno if an ally or a villain.
>>
unrelated but, why Homestar is called CoCo?
>>
>>85893722
Homestar Runner is /co/ content.

We don't have a reason for why it's called CoCo though yet if that's what you're asking. I kinda forgot our previous reasons too.

Since it's possible we'll have half of the story focused on him, and half on Fred Flintstone similar to JJL and it's flashbacks to Kira, and these two stories effect one another, the thing could be about Contrived Coincidences? Albeit, I feel that's reaching and has been done before though.
>>
>>85893722
All main characters have coco as their name or nickname. Or allusion. For example, Courage the Cowardly dog. CoCo. Tom's girlfriend called him "cocoa". Plucky Duck had a nickname "Cosmic Coincidence". Dunno about others.
>>
>>85893906
>>85893909
Or, if we do have the story focus on them alternatingly, one could be Co-something and the other could be Co-something.

Fred is a Co-magnon and Homestar is a Co-star? That feels lame.

>From open fields to thick woods that eventually merge together to create a high ceiling with illumination coming from over hanging lights
>Dora: "So what do we know about Membrane's daughter?"
>Susie: "I did not know zat he even had a daughter until now."
>Pericles: "I have only seen her once before, the fräulein came to the ward two years ago on Father's Day to give Membrane a card, but he was too busy to meet with her. She had a certain aura about her, these is no doubt in my mind that she is a terrifying stand user. We should use caution."
>Wall-E makes a series of whirring and buzzing sounds while pantomiming someone playing video games
>Dora: "Well we're in the right place for that."
>As she says that, the view shifts so we see that they are looking at a brutally smashed and dented electric sign saying "Warden's Pizza Hog and Arcade Center"
>Not far from it, hanging above the entrance to where the games are, there is a sign made from cardboard which reads "Bloaty's Pizza Hog and Arcade Center" written with crayons

I gotta read the doc before I continue from there since I think the next stuff is already covered unless we want to go into detail about what the arcade looks like.
>>
>>85896916

I threw ideas about how the arcade looks inside in the last thread:

>They must be like copies of the animatronics that scare Zim away in the Bloaty's episode, but they are also wearing the Warden's same outfit. There should be a scene where Gaz rants how she is deeply frustrated that, no matter how she tries, PI always give her things that hardly resemble the original versions and all of them are fused with the Warden's face.

The same would apply for the games found in the arcade house. They should be really grotesque and poorly made pastiches of RL games and games that came from /co/-material, all of them having an explicit reference to the Warden's image: Fix-It-Felix becomes Whack-It-Warden, Sugar Rush becomes Super Rush, Bonestorm becomes Superstorm, The Warden's Putting Challenge, and so on.
>>
>>85897170
Yeah, we can use all of that while they're wandering around looking for Gaz before finding [Dark Castle].

Maybe they end up knocking off some of the anamatronic Warden heads when they jump out and scare them.

Cowardly Courage is affectionally called CoCo by Lydia and occasionally others
Johnny says he's "Collosolly Cool" so often the rest just start calling him CoCo
Tom is called cocoa by his girlfriend. I remember there being something about his middle name but I think that was dropped.
Part 4 has the Conman Collision, which is sometimes shortened by other characters as CoCo.
Plucky is either "a Cosmic Coincidence" or "our Comatose Comrade".
Dora uses the fake name of "Consuela Consualez" when she's sent to jail.
Part 7's protagonists probably get it from the name of their vehicle or something along those lines.
No idea about Part 8.

Overall it's pretty similar to the original JoJo, where only the first two protagonists are often referred to by their nickname.

Not sure what our stance on "fan works" is.

On one hand, our Bobby is based on a fan-comic, so is our Gadget, but no one else is really. We don't even have Bleedman related/based content. And we aren't gonna be using things like animated Letsplays like GameGrumps or Markiplier or whatever.

>Super Rush, a racing game where the Warden is constantly trying to shave off the player character's mustache
>Superstorm shows a character select screen of the jail staff as they slaughter hordes of inmates
>The Warden's Putting Challenge, which has a very large booth, a virtual reality head set with spikes that appear to be designed to be spring launched into the wearers eyes, a golf club with barbed wire around the handle, and a picture of a very angry looking Warden on the side of the booth with his face right up to the ball pointing at it in a pure rage as it's right next to the hole
>While continuing to wander through this maze of mass distraction, Wall-E catches a glimpse of a pixelated girl with pink hair running across the screens
>Wall-E follows her for a bit, breaking off from the rest of the group
>While looking at another game, suddenly Dora realizes they've been surrounded

>The other four continue to shamble and spark, dragging themselves towards the group
>They realize now that they pose no threat at all and Pericles casually tosses them somewhere else in the arcade

then it goes into the stuff on the doc.

So next up is what's happening inside the machine.
>>
I need ideas for the inside of the pinball machine.

One suggestion is Gaz fires some kind of laser from [Dark Castle] into the thing and then it hits a prism before it starts turning various things inside the machine into "drop" items which Susie or Dora collects with [THINGS].

Maybe at some point the pinballs grow spikes.
Bumper buzz saws?

Ideas would be appreciated since the stuff inside the machine is on the table now. Everything immediately before and after it is already written.
>>
>>85902429
Well, think about what's normally frustrating in a pinball machine. Then make it ridiculously unfair.
Lights are flashing non-stop. It's almost impossible to play because they're so distracting, and anyone trapped inside would be hurt by the lights.
Walls randomly spring up to control the flow of the ball. Said walls smash against the glass so you're dead by crushing if you're on them when they're going up.
The tilt detection is so over sensitive that the slightest shift will cause the ball to just stop moving wherever it is. It's hard to determine a trajectory because it keeps stopping and going, stopping and going...
Obviously whatever characters pop up should have bazookas n' shit and try to blow up the ball and people trapped inside.
I dunno, maybe it plays an annoying song over and over.
>>
>>85903230
Dora, Susie, and Pericles are all inside of the pinball machine, so the ball and the machines around them are the danger.

Gaz controls where the ball goes by playing the machine, so she has the advantage here. I doubt the machine would be rigged against her.

Last bump I can give it before bed.

>Obviously whatever characters pop up should have bazookas n' shit and try to blow up the ball and people trapped inside.

One suggestion would be that the characters would be Bloaty and the other animatronics, all dressed in Warden's clothes. The song would be an intrusmental version of Bloaty's theme:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4KQN4TAHL9A

On the other hand, someone suggested the machine should be called Pinball Wizard, so I imagined the characters would be the Warden dressed as Wizard Mickey from Fantasia, and the song would be a quite horrible rendition of The Sorcerer's Apprentice.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rCAYto7Svwo

There should be a dialogue between Dora and Susie commenting they recognize the song from either Bloaty's commercials or the Fantasia movie, but they cover their ears as they discuss this version of the song is so terrible it makes their ears bleed.

I had an idea with regards to Jonah Hex's stand actually, but I had no idea if we were in gear to talk about it yet.

I was thinking of something that would help out withhis natural abilities (being a gunslinger) and the fact that he's participating in a big globe trotting race.

No name yet but as far as powers, its based off his eye still, but its basically "Velocity and trajectory vision" being able to see the arrows and paths objects and projectiles take as they travel. Basically granting him power to do crazy ricochet stuff and mad driving stunts. Shooting bullets out of the way with other bullets. This makes it a bit of a weak stand that needs to be supplemented by the users own moxie and abilities (unless he figures out tricks like making the stand shoot "pure velocity" from objects he's holding perhaps.) Basically pic related was what I was imagining.

Still plays into the eye corpse part too it being about "seeing things".
>>
>>85862510
>Also, part 1's hero and villain were from the same series.
I feel that fit due to it being a parralel with Jonathan and Dio basically being "brothers".

I don't mind A doom patrol character being on good guy team, so im good with crazy jane. I think it should be a non doom patrol character that becomes the Coco of part 7.

Jonah Hex as the Copout Cowboy perhaps?

That said with Robotman, maybe he fills a role similar to Nicholas Joestar. He'd be a character that died before the story started that motivates Crazy Jane?
>>
>>85910731
But that takes out out of the path of the ball.

Gaz would want them to stay where hse can see them so she can run them over with it.

Where do I put this Stand?

Name: 「NIGGA NIGGA NIGGA」
User: Huey Freeman (The Boondocks)
Appearence: A punchghost-like version of the NIGGA stereotype that Huey’s show addresses
Abilities:

WHAT PEOPLE REALLY NEED: Huey can use [NIGGA] to call out [bullshit] through speeches, arguments or interrogations. Whenever he's right at speaking a [truth], the target [bullshit] will be gone instantly or will be (loudly) revealed instantly. It can break illusions, instantly bring common sense on other people, make a dumb character act smart or change the course of the moment. To explicitly activate this ability, Huey might add “[NIGGA]” to the phrase, ie. “[NIGGA], this is [bullshit]”, “[NIGGA], that’s merely an effect of [LOSS], don’t lose yourself over this” or “You’re going to fucking die, [NIGGA], kick your [ass] out of here”. He can call out stupid behaviour, drama, cartoonish streches, supernatural tricks or supernatural manipulation. He can't use this Stand to manipulate, it can only reveal the [truth].

HUEY IS ALWAYS RIGHT: During a fight, the Stand synchronizes it with the battle of wits and aids whoever is currently [right] with more probability of victory. The Stand will always give a additional push of [STAR] energy to people that are [right], otherwise the Stand can’t help much. Due to this, Huey must keep being with touch with the [truth] to keep his Stand’s power, which might get more powerful depending on how many people are also [right].

THAT SHIT AIN’T RIGHT, [NIGGA]: Huey is instinctively directed towards the TRUTH, thus rendering him imune to dellusions or manipulation of any kind (though he might still have his vision blurred by an illusion, he instinctively knows it is not real).

cont.
>>
>>85912416
Weakness: This Stand is not made for fighting, but rather to aid during a battle of wits, interrogation or investigation as it reveals the truth if it is called out by someone (which can be someone other than Huey). I’d say Huey should be working in some kind of investigation if he’s going to use this Stand, maybe working alongside Bobby Hill if he does appear in later parts.

I might change some of this later since it looks a little less bizarre than most stands on part 7 and 8. I tried my best to give it a good explanation and a fun dinamic, but there it is.

Unless that other writefag comes back again, otherwise we're all just going to be stuck with me it seems.

>>85913608
We could take some ques from the Gravity Falls episode to get some ideas. Maybe have some buildings in there they hide out in until Gaz gets mad and sends the laser into the machine to turn the walls into "drops".

Fantasia is as good an idea as any, so how does the Warden stick his face on that? Fantasia is a pretty diverse thing to pull from, it's not just all Mickey the wizard apprentice.
>>
>>85913784
I could see it having imagery from Night on Bald Mountain
>>
>>85913884
We used a lot of Bald Mountain in part 5 during the department store though.

Unless it's a bootleg pinball machine where the original is an Acme pinball machine which references the Urban Rangers' adventures in taking down the WB, I'm not sure if Bald Mountain is the way to go.

You'd think there'd be some in-universe merch based on the weird shit happening in the world.
>>
Alright, I'm thinking about working on my drawing skills since that's what I'm in school for and I want a suggestion for a Stand that hasn't gotten any art yet.
>>
>>85913884
>>85913784

I could see references to the Pastoral Symphony and Dance of the Hours sequences.

The bumpers could be modeled after those hippos in tutus and places where the trio can try to hide are modeled in the pillars and the trees of those sequences. There are images of the characters that appear in those sequences plastered in the machine's area, in the kickers and rollovers, as well as an angry grimace of Yen Sid in the middle of the machine and whose eyes shine red when the ball falls into a hole.

>>85914577

Either Giffany's [Digital Love] or Gaz's [Dark Castle]. Would like to see one of these draw.
>>
>>85914645
Well what came to mind for me reading that was centaur Wardens having their hooves be the bumpers to kick the pinball back into play.
>>

>>
>>85915449
Join in, of course.

Basically, it is another /co/ project that uses /co/ characters and writes a JJBA-like story, using elements from it and making their own. We are currently making part 6, called SUPEROCEAN!. The main characters are Dora the Explorer and Creepy Suzie, I think. They gotta escape the [PURE IMAGINATION], a prison stand of Warden from Superail. Read the google docs for it. Thoroughly.
>>
>>85915406
Now that you mention it, there is centaurs inside superjail.

>>85915449

>>
>>85915572
The overall idea I'm kicking around right now goes something like

>Get sent into the pinball machine
>Reactions of Inch High's blood smear of a corpse as it's carried off of the "field"
>begin dodging the pinball
>Pericles tries to take control of the ball, but their smaller size makes it much harder to stop a metal ball of this comparative hugeness, still manages to slow it down enough for them to dodge
>Gets kicked back up to them, grows metal spikes
>Narrowly avoid getting their heads cut off when the bumpers get hit and hit the ball back with buzz saw blades
>Group ducks behind fake column and tree barriors, they begin trying to formulate a plan
>[Dark Castle] points its sword at the spring loaded launcher for the ball and fires a laser down it, it hits a prism and there are lasers all over the inside of the machine now
>The lasers hit their cover and turn them into "drops" (food, clothing, weapons)
>Group splits up, Susie grabs some of the drops and goes off on her own
>Spike pinball comes at them again, dodge, Dora tries leaving red footprints to see if she can control where the ball goes, no effect, second plan
>Pericles slows the ball long enough for [Boots] to hit it with the blue footprint and change its trajectory, forcing Gaz to react, the paddles are unresponsive since Susie turned them into flesh
>Inch High looks close to being back to alive
>Pericles slows the ball again and [Boots] covers it with blue footprints before they joint launch it upwards into the glass, shattering it and hitting [Dark Castle] in the face with the ball as the footprints explode (the ball could pass through DA since the ball isn't a stand and then it explodes inside of it; the explosions are caused by a stand so they should have an effect on another stand)

Well, that's the current sequence of events I imagine anyway. I feel lit lacks a sense of tension and danger to the group though.
>>
>>85916383

>I feel it lacks a sense of tension and danger to the group

Maybe when the lasers hits their cover, one of the lasers narrowly reaches one of Dora's group and he/she comments a painfully burning sensation.

What kind of damage [Dark Castle]'s "Spirited Migration" would do in a living being? Did the guy who originally submitted Gaz's Stand make a comment about it?

>Group splits up, Susie grabs some of the drops and goes off on her own
>>
>>85916383
>>85916768

Also,

>Pericles slows the ball long enough for [Boots] to hit it with the blue footprint and change its trajectory, forcing Gaz to react, the paddles are unresponsive since Susie turned them into flesh
>Inch High looks close to being back to alive
>Pericles slows the ball again and [Boots] covers it with blue footprints before they joint launch it upwards into the glass

Gaz would probably try one last attempt with "Spirited Migration" after realizing what Susie have done with the flippers, by shooting a laser especifically aimed toward the ball so it bumps back against Dora's group. One of the spammed lasers ends up hurting either Dora and Pericles, but not enough to stop them from executing the last act of their plan.

Should have a moment like, "Ha! You thought our plan was to hold the ball until Senor High returned? Guess what, puta, you figured it out wrong."
>>
>>85916383
Maybe Gaz gets more balls into the game when hitting a bonus (a multiball).
>>
>>85916768
Drops are only created when it breaks an object. I would assume a person killed with it would also turn into a drop, but PI does not allow for permanent death, so I guess it would do nothing to a person aside from transfer momentum to them.

>>85917060
Maybe the prism changes what the laser does. Each color has a different effect? But there's no way to showcase that.

I like that line.

>>85917620
So once the flippers are jammed, Gaz hits the ball with the laser, it doesn't break the ball so it doesn't turn into a drop, which causes the ball to hit a multiball bonus bumper (or whatever these machines have for them, I honestly don't know much about pinball). When it hit the ball Dora and Pericles also got singed allowing the ball to escape from their limited control.

With multiple balls in play, they use some as shields while they launch one out of the machine and into DA?

That could probably use some rearranging.
>>
>>85919721
>>85920648
You could always give input on the current discussion so we can move things along.

Spare thoughts would even be welcomed.
>>

>>85920685
I was wondering, what will happen with Nemesis? does he get away with his plans or he is dispatched by someone?. I also thought that if he is fighting Dredd upon reaching the prison that would be the perfect moment to reveal that his Stand is bound to his fist instead of the gun.
>>
>>85921328
Well, my tentative ideas for him are as follows:

After the Interpol Intermission and Penny is in the jail, but escaping PI, Dredd and the Warden have their little scuffle.

Shortly after that the first wave of stand jawbreaker powered robots are completed by Membrane and are all ready to go. While all those robots are assembling to be sent to PI, that's when Deadlock smashes into the prison. The Warden believes him to be a rouge robot and Dredd is sent to pacify it, this is when they fight.

The Warden gets bored of this eventually and sends Deadlock into PI along with the other robots. Once in PI, Deadlock/Nemesis marvels at the chaos, but then becomes enraged that it's all controlled by the Warden (we need to have Deadlock overhear the Warden's plans before being sent here or find out about them somehow).

Now that Nemesis is in PI, he's the highest ranking demon there and subjugates all the others, even the ones who are working for the Warden, to his whims. The other robots also begin following him because they very quickly realize that their existence is to be blown up and brought back over and over again, like being licked like a lollipop. Nemesis now has man power behind him and finds his Dethklok.
He uses that man power to build a stage for them, to put on a show that will tear PI apart.

Dora and the others will have just finished dealing with Woody at this point (Droopy VS Woody: Immovable Object VS Unstoppable Force).

The ideas need to be mediated together, but the concert is going to happen to get the Warden's full attention while Dora's group finds a way out, either by going to the Watchtower or by venturing beyond the walls of Superjail and trying to make it to the edge of PI.
>>
>>85922076
So, it's revealed that he's a demon only after getting inside Pure Imagination?

>The other robots also begin following him
It would be funny if any surviving robot in the following parts treats Deadlock as a messiah figure.

>>
>>85918338

>With multiple balls in play, they use some as shields while they launch one out of the machine and into DA?

They might use that to trick Gaz in thinking she finally got them when a handful of the balls slam around them, but in reality they merely touched the group and instead they are using the balls as shields as Dora and Pericles concentrate in one particular ball to launch into DA.

As for how they created such shields, maybe Susie uses Slug Bait to attach the balls in each other or in the surface area of the machine.

Also, there should be something about Wall-E's reactions during all of this, as in he feeling conflicted that he wants that Dora and the others win, but he doesn't want to antagonize Gaz and help his new friends because he likes her too. I don't know, I just think it should be interesting that the protagonists and some of the villains had a sort of relationship beyond standard antagonism, like it was done with Part 5.
>>
>>85922076
>>85921328

Yeah I was wondering what he is going to happen him after Part 6 ends, if either becomes one of the casualties caused by PI's implosion or he survives to take Dethklok to another misadventure of violence and destruction.

This is off-topic right now, but I wanted to toss it out there.

You know how part 8 is supposed to reference earlier arcs? I was thinking we could include the first Van Beuren Tom and Jerry in it as Scope Men. They'd be perfect for the part and a nice reference to Tom and Jerry from 3.
>>
>>85923781
Seems like they'd be perfect. For some reason I thought they were Wirt and Greg.
...now that I think about, I'd be cool to have some of the various OtGW characters in a town in Part 7.
>>
>>85923921
Aberdale could be a stopping place on the map. Might make for a better alternative than Gravity Falls since we already exhausted it with Bill, Stand, Ford, and Giffany.

Possibly the Beast is actually a corpse part that got lodged in a tree and became a sentient stand or something. It's been abducting kids from around the area for whatever reason. Maybe it requires their life force to perpetuate it existence, or sees them as threats to the corpse.

We could have both an OtGW character and a Clarence character join the party at the same time. Maybe Clarence, Sumo, and Jeff are the second coming of the Men At Work or something? And Wirt and Greg sorta replace Stan and Scrooge or whatever. I dunno. It'd be a neat little thing to show how the Ed's adventures have influenced others I guess. Or maybe just a random callback.
>>
>>85923304
So he could accidentally tilt the machine at some point.

>>85922898
Not sure how to make that work in the plot, but yeah, that'd be interesting.

>>85923436
I think when PI is being torn apart by the vortex, he grabs his band and gets the fuck out of there.
>>
>>85924175
Actually, the Beast was suggested for 4 a long while back. Pretty sure we dropped it, but it might still be on the stands doc.
>>
>>85924611
he is, still on the part 4 section.
>>
>>85924611
>>85924732
He was dropped IIRC but could be reused here.

The main thing was we had difficulty finding a real place for him. An eldritch horror wouldn't be working with Bond supervillains and he was replaced with Mandark and Ratigan.

I think he has potential as a corpse guardian possibly, though we' might still need a better stand idea than what he had I think. I suggest he's a sentient stand angle.
>>
>>85924282

>Not sure how to make that work in the plot, but yeah, that'd be interesting.

At some point, Jonah and the other protag run at some outdoor announcing the Unholy Church of Deadlock for Non-Flesh Beings. Like some kind of cyberpunk religion out of a Dick or Gibson novel.

>So he could accidentally tilt the machine at some point.

He get so nervous in betraying one of the people he loves that he ends up bumping in the machine and causes it to tilt. Gaz glares at him but doesn't do anything or say any threatening word because she doesn't really hate him (I suggest this because she has some fondness to Wall-E, or becaused based from her behavior in the shows and the comic she gets along well with robots)

The tilt could be also given an opportunity to Dora and the others formulate Plan B. It can happen before or between

>Spike pinball comes at them again, dodge, Dora tries leaving red footprints to see if she can control where the ball goes, no effect, second plan
>>
>>85924774
Also, forgot to add

If we have part 4 parallels/references with Clarence and co and Greg and Wirt, the Beast being there could be a a reference to his original intended role as a villain in part 4

>>
>>85926204
Additions have been made to it in the following posts.
If you're talking about just the pinball part, what's left is to actually write it.

If you're talking about part 6 in general... a lot.
>>
>>85926272
I am talking about the rest of Part 6. Haven't been able to read much due to school. Is there an outline for the rest of the part or are adding as we go?
>>
Does Membrane had any connection to the Looniversity? more specifically, with Wernstrom's research? I was wondering if when the Warden's orders him to start the production of robots, he already had the papers of the research or the Warden gets the blueprints from another raid.
Also, when the Warden reveals the next step of his plan, there could be some additional tension between him and Dredd, due to the latter's distrust for robots.

>>85926367
there is, but the plot outline needs some updating.
>>
>>85926367

There are stuff about the gang meeting Giffany, Daffy's sons Shirley and Dodo wreaking havoc, the other son Woody being brought to the prison and causing more havoc, Deadlock/Nemesis busting in and causing more shit, the Interpol sub-plot involving Penny and Warden's agents and the gang meeting Vicky with a certain fight against her with the aid of Summer from Rick & Morty.

Those are mostly the future ideas so far, but I think more can be added on the way since I personally think some stuff are barebones here and there.
>>
>>85926367
I'd say to read the doc then.

There's a gap between "being other people" and getting to the ending parts. No one has come up with anything on the specifics on HOW Dora's group escapes PI.

>>85926432
Membrane already has the blueprints, Strickland gained access to all of the WB's discoveries/research/developments, so all of Wernstrom's stuff is widely published and known. Membrane looked it over and saw room for vast improvement.

But the robots he makes for the Warden are all rush jobs and not the robots he wants to make.
>>
>>85926495
Part 6 is really starting to drag for me.

Unless someone else steps up and starts writing, and I mean writing in bulk with detail, I really don't want to add anything more unless it serves some purpose in moving the plot forward.

Once I get done with this pinball thing (probably tomorrow) I really want someone else to do some writing.
>>
>>85926432

>Also, when the Warden reveals the next step of his plan, there could be some additional tension between him and Dredd, due to the latter's distrust for robots.

Could be interesting. I also suggested in other thread that Dredd would have some tension with RoboDale for similar reasons, but who knows if those two will ever interact.

Also, there was that idea about Giffany possessing a robot body at some point. I don't know if that idea will still be used, but I wonder what if Membrane decides to make a body especially to her after getting interested in her nature. Because you know, science.

I can do some work on the dialogue and details, but please don't expect that I'll take the main writing because I don't want to do a botched job here.

Of course I'll stay around colaborating in this until the end of Part 6, probably in Part 7 too unless I end up getting busy with projects at college.

What are we supposed to do after Gaz? I don't think we have much else planned.
>>
>>85928358
The whole thing with Gaz is to get Inch High back.

Inch High is finally able to send the picture of the map to Penny since the device was built using [TECHNOLOGIC], so it's able to still transmit despite being in PI.

Then Inch High goes tomato for a couple days while [Sunday Clothes] fixes his mind.

From there, we go to Penny at Interpol, they now have all the locations that are going to be targeted, Interpol begins their counterattack.

This is another part I suspect no one is going to do and I'm going to get stuck doing it myself.

We have to get into the details of Swiper, what Gadget's ghost told Rex, the "we know that you know that I know that you know" banter, the fight with the Frizz, Penny getting captured (and it being part of her plan), the Warden reveling his plans and getting into a fight with Dredd >>85922076

But specifically, what is immediately next after the pinball stuff is the Interpol stuff.
>>
>>85928527
Other things we need to do for the plot is Trevor uncovering the secrets of the vortex and Penny hiding from the Warden's loyalists within the jail.
>>
>>85928527
>we know that you know that I know that you know
I'm still trying to decipher that triple agent thing.
>>
>>85928527
It was suggested earlier that Warden would send an assassin (LalaVava?) to Interpol. Are we still keeping that or will there just be a recreation of 12 angry men with the Interpol heads. Speaking of which, we need to decide on who the leaders are. I know we had MOM, Changed Daily, White Knight, Jerry, and Major Monogram, but who else was suggested and is in?

Additionally, what do we have for Swiper so far?
>>
>>85928676
From last thread

Swiper was originally an agent for the WB. Tey sent him undercover into Interpol.

Interpol sent him undercover into the criminal underworld, whatever cartel he was in.

The Cartel sent him undercover into whatever cartel Dora was a member of. Probably after the WB had fallen.

Then the WB fell, Swiper was one of their lose ends which no one would tie up since no one knew about him. His handler was long banished and there were no demons left to collect on any deals he had made. This left him in a very VERY good position since he was still getting information from Interpol and various cartels, he was able to play the field.

To score points with his initial cartel and also Interpol, he planned a sting operation to get Dora caught. He knew that without Dora, the cartel she was a member of would quickly lose power as their supply of jawbreakers diminished, letting the first cartel either destroy of absorb them. It also scored him points with Interpol since Dora was someone in the jawbreaker smuggling ring.

To keep Dora from outing him as a member of the cartel to whoever she was caught by, he used his old WB connections (there were still other plants around, but no one powerful) to learn about some private prison looking for stand user inmates, from there they got in touch with the leader of Strickland who gave the OK for the Warden to have Dora sent to his prison without any due process. This is why the Frizz came to personally collect her in a Jailbot like fashion with her bus.

Now Swiper still had a couple of the cache locations memorized and was able to give those locations to his cartel bosses and continue to rake in the money.
>>
>>85928781
To be honest, that sounds like a plot that can't be or doesn't need to be resolved. Not in the main story anyway.

The epilogue could cover Dora murdering him in revenge and walking away from it all. Otherwise I can't see how he could directly interact with the plot as it is. Everyone's going to PI to kill Warden.

After that's done and the inmates are scattered, Penny could be investigating his murder in the epilogue, but ultimately finds it inconclusive, though she knows Dora probably did it.
>>
>>85928915
This is part of the Interpol plot though.

This is why we're discussing this, to link the damn things together.

Swiper is supposed to first appear in the part at the very start when Dora is having flashbacks on the bus ride to the prison. BUT NO ONE BOTHERED TO WRITE THOSE.

Next he's supposed to appear as an informant that Penny goes to meet and his cover gets all kinds of blown while all hell breaks loose with the Warden's small army coming for his vault.

Penny knows he's a mole in Interpol and they've been working on blowing his cover. They find him at one of the vaults not attacked by the Warden's forces yet and have to fight him, then Frizz shows up.
>>
>Dora, Susie, and Pericles land in the cabinet of the pinball machine Gaz’s stand was playing
>They are immediately assaulted by the music the machine is playing; it’s an awful bootleg version of Fantasia songs
>Looking around, they see the Warden’s face as the faces of the centaurs whose hooves play the role of flippers
>Dora takes a step towards them; the ground is slightly slanted, so when she steps in something she begins to slide
>She turns to see what she stepped in and finds a large blood smear on the ground, slowly pulling itself back to the pulverized remains of Inch High (who now looks normal sized since they have been shrunk)
>The group grimaces at the sight before living brooms come marching into the middle of the playfield and sweep his remains up into a stretcher, carrying him out of the way
>They don’t even have time to watch where he goes when they notice [Dark Castle] is reaching for the plunger
>The ball speeds onto the playfield; it’s about twice their combined current mass
>They’re able to dodge it without issue, but then it hits a kicker and is sent speeding in their direction again
>Narrowly jumping out of the way, the ball collides with a bumper, activating a buzz saw blade which smashes the ball away from it at high speeds
>All of maybe 10 seconds have passed and they have to survive 15 minutes of this
>Pericles: “If I am not mistake, that ball is made of metal.” As he summons his [Master of Puppets] and tries to take control of the ball
>Their smaller size makes it much harder to stop a metal ball of this comparative hugeness and speed; still, he manages to slow it down enough for them to dodge again
>The ball enters a ramp and returns now covered in spikes
>The group ducks behind a gate shaped like a tree as the flippers send the ball back into the dangerous bumpers, sparks fly as the machine continues to ding and rack up points
Dora: “It’s barely been a minute!”
Susie: “If you can distract her, I may have a plan.”
>>
>>85930639
>Outside of the machine, Gaz is becoming impatient with them hiding, though it doesn’t show through [Dark Castle]
>[Dark Castle] points its sword at the plunger and fires a laser down the chute, it hits a prism and splinters into many smaller lasers, now reflecting off of mirrors placed through the playfield
>Various targets pop up on the playfield and get destroyed by the lasers, one of them reflects and hits the gate they are hiding behind, all three of them move away from it in a hurry since it became very hot before transforming into what looks like a turkey leg
>The three of them split up, Susie grabs some of the items created by the laser and slides down closer to the flippers while Dora and Pericles confront the unpredictable spike pinball

>Dora has been leaving red footprints around herself like a line in the sand, the ball roles over them without issue

>Pericles slows the ball long enough for [Boots] to kick it, leaving a blue footprint which detonates and changes its trajectory, sending it down the playfield and forcing Gaz to use the flippers
>They are unresponsive since Susie turned them into flesh
>[Dark Castle] fires another laser into the cabinet to get the ball back up the playfield (it doesn't break the ball so it doesn't turn into a drop)
>The ball to hit a multiball bonus bumper before it gets caught by the trios’ stands and stopped
>They haven’t noticed that four more balls have entered the playfield and are about to crash into them

>Outside of the machine Wall-E has been up on the tips his treads to look though the glass from the side of the machine
>At the sight of his friends about to get crushed, he panics a little, losing his balance, and tilts the machine as he tries to catch himself when he falls

>Dora: "Ha! You thought our plan was to hold the ball until Senor High returned? Guess what, puta, you figured it out wrong!"

>Through a combined effort, the spiked ball is launched into the air
>This is done by the ground beneath it having been turned into flesh of the muscular verity which flexed
>Pericles using his stands magnetism, and Dora having [Boots] rapidly kick it as it flew above them

>The ball is on a direct course for [Dark Castle]’s head
>The stand does not dodge the minuscule spiked pinball; it simply allows it to pass through its head. DA is a stand, only a stand can hurt another stand.
>As the ball is passing through DA’s head, the blue footprints covering it detonate, causing an explosion of stand damaging impact to occur from the inside of it
>DA falls over backwards with smoke coming out of its eyes, ears, and mouth
>Dora, Susie, and Pericles exit the pinball machine and return to normal size
>Dora then looks through the machine and picks up Inch High, who is writhing in pain as his body comes back to life

and then there's some stuff on the doc after this.

>The Stand starts brushing off the injuries caused by 「BOOTS」 as if they were nothing, though it seems clearly annoyed that it was defeated and beaten
>Dark Castle: “Just go before someone else shows up and asks what happened. I swear I'm going to get my revenge on that chick and her stupid Monkey Stand…”
>Wall-E leaves to follow Dora's group as Dark Castle watches him go
>We cut to Gaz in her room elsewhere in 「Pure Imagination」, she’s looking at her gameslave which she had been using the whole time to control her stand and watch from a third person angle sometimes
>The life counter flashes and subtracts a life from 99, but it remains at 99
>Caption: There is a story in [Pure Imagination] of a specific area filled with arcade and pinball machines. However, it is advised that no one should approach that place, as it is rumored that a very grumpy creature in a dark cloak roams there, and it doesn't like to be interrupted when playing.

>Inch High gasps back to life; he looks around and sees he’s being carried by Dora
>With shaking hands, he reaches into his coat and pulls out a device
>He extends the antenna on it and pushes some buttons before a “sent” message appears on it
>With a tug on Dora’s sleeve to let her know he’s alive again, he blacks out when she looks at him
>There’s a panel of Christmas lights in the darkness wrapping around him

Now we're either revising this, or we're at the Interpol part. Time will tell.
>>
OK, for the Interpol stuff, looking over the notes for it, it's really all over the place. I can tell none of you probably care about that part, but I also know if we skip ahead we'll have some serious problems.

So, some suggestion for the Interpol Intermission.

We start with Swiper at on the vaults in a beach chair wearing shades with some fruity beverage when suddenly Penny arrives by exiting the vault, shocking Swiper. Now Spwiper is supposedly an Interpol agent, but here he is at a previously undocumented stand jawbreaker cache sight.

We need to come up with banter here, excuses, some references to Dora, how he sold her out, and how he sold her out to. Such as why was Dora sent directly to Belle Reve with no due process? Who has that kind of authority and how does Swiper know someone like that?

Those kinds of questions. When Swiper starts lying, that's when Rex comes out of hiding and they ask him to repeat that. I don't off hand remember what Rex's stand does since we never got to show case it in part 5, but I hear it has a rather nasty effect on people who Rex knows are telling lies.

This should be when Swiper tries to flee using his stand, it makes fake copies of him.

During this skirmish, the Frizz needs to arrive to take the vault, this is why Penny originally came to this location and Swiper recognizing the bus driver clicks things into place for Penny of their being very high ranking corruption in Strickland. Possibly a flashback here of Rex telling Penny what her uncle Gadget's ghost told him at the end of part 5. We still need to determine what that is.

So now we have Penny and Rex VS Swiper VS Frizzle. Swiper could get killed by her here and now or taken prisoner alongside Penny and get killed at the jail by whoever. If we want, Skarr can also be added in here as the Frizz's back up to keep Rex busy.
It can end with Rex watching the Frizz get away with the cache as Penny rides on top of the bus and him saying "I hope you know what you're doing."
>>
Hopefully someone will have some thoughts or ideas to share over the night since current wait time from last bump to the bottom of page 10 is about 3 hours.
>>

This is Rex' Stand ability:
>Ability: When the target of this stand tells a lie, the stand produces a knife from the socket in its left eye socket and stabs the target in the back. This does not kill the target immediately; If the target is called out on the lie and tells the truth, the knife is removed safely and harmlessly. If the target continues to lie, the knife is twisted and the target is killed.
>Weaknesses: The special ability of this stand only works if the user knows a statement to be a lie.

So something like
>scene of the vault with a relaxing Swiper
>"Ah, this is the easy life, I tells yah."
>Suddenly the door of the vault slowly opens, and Penny starts to quietly sneak out
>Penny accidentally steps on something, alerting Swiper of her presence
>She's surprised to see him in a place he shouldn't be looking mighty comfortable
>"Y-you! Why are you here!"
>*finger snap* "Aw, man!"
>Penny starts stepping towards him, the aura of STANDO POWA around her
>Swiper starts to swipe his hands back and forth, and leans back so far he falls of this chair
>"Hey, uh, I-I can e-explain!"
>Penny raises an eyebrow. "Explain what, how you've betrayed us? Betrayed everyone's trust! There's nothing important to an agent then 「trust」!! And you've trampled all over it as if it was nothing but old clothes you no longer cared about!" Penny's aura is becoming bigger as she talks.
>Swiper's eyes are darting around the room, checking for escape routes
>"Okay, okay, yah got me. I've been working undercover in a lot of places, but it's for the, eh...greater good, yeah! And..uh...t-that's why I got Dora in here too!"
>Penny looks shocked. "Dora? How do you know about her?"
>Swiper is getting more confident in his lying. "Didn't yah get the memo, tootes? Dora's all part of ou-MY master plan! Getting her tossed in here was just part of my mission!"
>"Really now, that's why you did it?"
>Suddenly blood starts gushing out of Swiper's back as he screams in agony.
>"What's g-going on here...why am I b-bleeding..."
> A shadowy figure appears from out of hiding. "You shouldn't have lied, Swiper..." On the last page the figure reveals himself to be Rex.
>"...because scum like you are not match for my 「Stand」!!"

Does it make sense that the Superjail staff uses a standard uniform? I think it would be a nice way to remember Alice and Jared by having their uniforms on the people there.

I wonder if that's going to look good on Dredd.
>>
>>85935977
For most of them, especially in the regular jail, it would make sense. But considering this is a JoJo homage that takes place in Superjail, there's bound to be exceptions. It just depends on how much effort an artist wants to put into designing a fitting outfit.

>"Didn't you...tell anyone?
>"I didn't want to bother you guys, that's all!"
>"Hmm...you really are one of the best undercover guys, huh?"

>>
>>85940979
Bobby is not from Interpol, though, Inch High and Banner are.
>>

Bobby isn't from Interpol, he is the prison's therapist. The other Interpol characters ar Rex Banner from The Simpsons and Inch High from Hanna-Barbera Verse.

Also, I forgot to compliment your drawing. Besides Wall-E's I think this is the best one of Part 6.
>>
>>85940979
He could also have a name tag that says "Dr. Robert".
>>
One of the limiting factors for me in writing this is how much damage the characters can take.

I know in JoJo the characters can shrug off being slammed through a stone wall or hit by cars with just spitting up some blood and they're just fine, but that's something that's always bugged me. Any actual person who survives something like that is going to be out of commission with broken bones and ruptured internal organs.

Unfortunately, the only way to really make the fights "meaningful" (I guess) is for the characters to get hurt so they aren't just impervious invincible juggernauts. I'm hesitant to do that because then time needs to be spent on them recovering from battle. They don't have any medical supplies or anyone in the group who can heal physical injuries (no, Hal can't heal bodies, only minds via emotional support).
So if there's ever a fight where one of them gets hurt, then there would have to be some lengthy recovery process, a search for a stand user who can heal wounds, or retiring the character. That's been a hard limit for me since PI hasn't felt awful enough, there's the re-spawn, but we're making it a point that Dora and Susie do whatever it takes to never fall victim to that.

Hmmm... maybe they do have medical supplies from the drops Dark Castle made. Dora is going to need her burns treated.

Wait a minute, Toki has a Stand with healing abilities.

So who do they get hurt fighting?

They probably don't escape Woody unscathed, and Vicky has been hyped by someone to have a super strong stand. I think I've been favoring avoiding head on clashes in part 6.
>>
>>85942339
>So who do they get hurt fighting?
Well, they meet Dethklok before releasing Daffy's sons, but they also meet again when they perform the concert that disrupts PI, so it can be in-between (I'm not sure of the exact order of events post-interpol arc).
>>
>>85941387
There were some nurse characters suggested if I remember correctly.
>>
>>85942575
It's in flux. The event order after the Interpol arc needs work.

And the concert doesn't actually disturb PI, that's going to be a ruse to make sure it has the Warden's full attention. Or at least that's what I'm thinking.

>>85942592
Yes, but they are in the real prison, not PI.
>>
>>85941387
Depends on the amount of time between fights. If there's a relatively short amount of time between fights, then the characters will look bloody throughout, and there's always a few "close" deaths in every part.
>>
>>85943421
First day in PI was Joy.
Second day was El Oso.
Third day was Gaz.

Now I don't know if we're checking back in on them for the fourth day or not. For all I know they'll still be on day three when they meet Dethklok and fight Snatcher.

So Penny is sporting the trench coat/rimmed hat look before ending up at the jail, right? Seems to be standard issue uniform for Interpol field agents in this.

At some point she should probably lose those (probably during a fight) and have a look that's more distinct, possibly like her Gadget Noir look, but not necessarily since she's even older by this part.
>>
>>85941493
It's a good pic, but the Bobby in part 6 is in his 60s.
>>
>>85943757
Assuming they fought Gaz in the morning, they have the rest of the day to encounter Dethklok.

Though I would imagine it wouldn't happen until the following day since Inch High sending the message, Penny getting the message, and Penny getting to the Old Country from presumably the American branch of Interpol located nearest to the prison would take several hours.

We could probably use a scene like

>Penny is at her office at Interpol going over some files when her wrist communicators beeps to life
>She has an incoming message from Inch High on the emergency frequency
>It's garbled, so she summons [TECHNOLOGIC] to clean up the signal

>The scene changes to Jerry in the control room when he gets an incoming message from Penny
>Penny: "Sir, you're going to want to look at this."
>We have a panel of Jerry's face as he's looking at the screen
>Jerry: "This is a game changer."

then it does the to be continued thing and the next "chapter" starts with Swiper >>85937002
>>
>>85942128
>>85942339

What if they get hurt while they are fighting Snatcher? They do meet that guy when they meet Dethklok for the first time, right?

>>85941387

>Dora is going to need her burns treated.

I think there should be something about Susie and Pericles asking Dora what is wrong with her arm as they see her passing her hand in the area burned by Dark Castle's laser. Dora tries to assure them she is fine but the pain gets worse when they go to fight Snatcher. Then things get a real mess, and I suppose Toki offers to heal her as a gratitude for saving his friends.
>>
>>85948204
>>85948204
Well, Snatcher's Stand can amplify entropy around himself (and further increase it when touching something), so it makes sense that fighting him leaves someone badly wounded.
>>
>>85948204
I was thinking they also got a first aid kit from the drops and Susie tends to Dora's shoulder.

It's just first aid, it takes some of the sing out of it and puts some bandages on it, but Dora's still a quarter step slower, which will come back to bite her.
>>
>>85949431

Snatcher would very likely to explore that in hurting the group, as he could send his Stand to touch the burn injuries and worsen them in a great level, causing Dora to go in shock with the pain and leaving Susie, Pericles and Toki to assume the rest of the fight.

I also imagine Snatcher may try to hurt Wall-E at some point in an attempt to eliminate the group even more, and he can undone some of Susie and Pericles' attacks by eroding whatever metal thing Pericles would try to throw at him and break down anything that Susie would try using [Slug Bait].
>>
>>85949653
Good thinking.

I have yet to look up what Snatcher's stand does since the Swiper fight and Frizzle fight are next in the event planner it seems.

Do we have any ideas what Gadget's ghost told Rex at the end of part 5? It has something to do with corruption in the higher ranks of Strickland, but beyond that we haven't gotten into the specifics.
>>
>>85949764
Here it is:
>「SHAKEDOWN」
>Appearance: A humanoid wearing a helmet with a siren on top. Its arms and legs seem to crumble and disintegrate the further they get from its body.
>Ability: 「SHAKEDOWN」 amplifies the effects of entropy around itself. This causes metal to rust, wood to rot, and human tissue to break down and atrophy. The effect can work slowly at a distance of up to 25 meters, but Snatcher can target an intense increase of entropy by having his stand touch someone at melee range.

>Do we have any ideas what Gadget's ghost told Rex at the end of part 5?
I wonder if Wassanasong was in contact with the Warden during that time, or what was his original plan for the company once he took over.
>>
>>85949764
>>85950371

Probably something with Wassanasong using Strickland's resources for sleazy and questionable schemes that resulted in mediocre products, using the robots' projects for illegal activities such as guards in slave labor camps, hitmen for corrupt bussinessmen and politicians associated with Wassanasong and special agents in cartels and terrorist factions, cutting down the budgets of associates like Membrane because he didn't see altruistic projects lucrative enough.
>>
>>85950371
We seem to favor entropy powered stands almost as much as people keep suggesting stands with the ability to swap stands.
(El Oso's stand also had entropy related powers).

I think Gadget knew of Wassanasong because Wassanasong came to power in Strickland thanks to a deal he made with the WB. The Warden got his prison built through Strickland because Wassanasong OKed the plans.

It might've all been part of another plot the WB had in the works that got cut short and then salvaged and reworked by the people let out of their demonic obligations.

Gadget, being on the other side, was in the perfect position to uncover all of this, but in no position of expose any of it.
>>
>>85950855
Well, to be fair, Snatcher's Stand was there since the original draft.
>>
>>85951919
Though his role is probably somewhat different now.

So how do we want the stand off at the cache to go down? Does Swiper try to make his escape as the Frizz arrives? Does him recognizing her give Penny the final clue she needs to deduce Wassanasong is in on the Warden's plans?
This is probably when they become aware that the Warden is behind the attacks.

Does Swiper also get captured or does the Frizz kill him?
>>
>>85952900
Swiper's Stand can create copies of his user, maybe the one caught/killed inside the cache is a copy and the real one escapes, only to be arrested/killed during the climax or the epilogue.
>>
>>85953053
I guess the big question is, do we want Swiper to be present at the jail for the marathon of madness montage ending?

Because the ending of this part is pretty much going to be like the ending of an episode of Superjail!
>>
>>85953439
We will have a group of original Propane Nightmares led by two old men and a cyborg vs an army of knockoffs led by Gameboy, Skarr's animated objects, any remaining guards that returned from the raids, and then Warden will reach the peak of his powers and start pulling demons from inside Pure Imagination. I was thinking a little bit that it could be Hank Pym and Jonah Hex, as a sort of Marvel DC duo. Though I do like Crazy Jane Jonah Hex as a sort of fucked up duo, Jonah being a replacement or standin for Robot Man in her entry for the whacky races.

But it makes me think Hank Pym could become a bit of a Diego Brando character by way of Caesar Zeppelli. A rival and part of the competition in the way of Jonah getting to the end of the races, but maybe they bond over experiences. Jonah a bad dude with a bad life and a bad reputation (Perhaps he's the Copout Cowboy because he's got a bit of a disappointing reputation from the "Movie counterpart" and Hank Pym STILL has that whole wifebeater stigma he has). Developing from rivals, to friendly rivals, and then friends.

Culminating in Mr. Nobody splashing Hank Pym with Paint it Black, removing everything good from Pym except for the ... monsterousness, Paint it black could maybe even eat away his face in such a way it makes it look like Ultron's grin.

Yeah, I'd like to be getting started on part 7 by the 15th of this month, but I doubt we'll be able to get part 6 "done" by then at our current pace.

If Sam & Max are still slated to be in part 7 then we should have a gender flipping stand. They're motivation in the race is to get the wishing star so they can change back. I only bring this up because there's some spot on r63 greentext from 2012 concerning them which I was reminded of tonight.

Anyway, current drop off time from last bump seems to be two and a half hours, so good luck thread.

>>85956918
Tension really needs to mount between them before their fight.
>>
>>85957562
While we're on the subject, here is a short list of things (mostly from memory) about part 7 we need to cover when we get there.

Mojo Jojo was suggested WAY BACK WHEN as our Gyro figure. Since then, he's kinda been fazed out however. IIRC he had a pretty overpowered stand. It was suggested earlier that Nobody turn him into a mindless drone at the end. Tempo Lalinde is also suggested for part 7 as a brojo. She's supposed to have a fight against Bebop and Rocksteady at some point. There's also the other racers such as Coco Bill and Lucky Luke, Spongebob(?), Goofy (who is supposed to secretly be working with Nobody), Racer Dee(are we cutting her?), Navi(?), Wander and Sylvia (race winners?), Captain Haddock, and several suggestions for corpse part holders.

Off the top of my head, there's a sentient junkyard, an evil circus trope, Salad Fingers, Sabrina(?), Mad Hater (scrapped?), Bionicle, The Backson (there's no context for him though), and The Beast of Aberdale brought up in this very thread.

And we also need to work on who's in Nobody's cabinet.
>>
>>85956218
hold on, wasn't Yellowjacket the previous identity of the public domain hero?

>>85958008
And a guardian with the column-like Stand
>>
>>85956218
Fuck, I like this.
Under the "Jonah and Jane" plan, I was thinking that Jonah would be the "Gyro" of the part - the one with the biggest character arc, the one who helps Jane to find her place in the world, and the one who defeats Nobody, but he ultimately doesn't survive to the end.
>>85956918
I laughed.
>>85958008
I thought Speed Racer was gonna be the race winner? He did, technically, have some comics and cartoons.
After he wins and wastes his wish on something frivolous an international vigilante manhunt starts for him.
The Bionicle characters, I don't think we ever had a decent Stand for, though there was a good one for Takanuva as a racer. I think our Corpse Part holders should mostly be monstrous or weird creatures that wouldn't really function even in the fucked up mess that is /co/co/ society.
>>
>>85959685
>hold on, wasn't Yellowjacket the previous identity of the public domain hero?

>>
>>85959685
>>85959777

>>
>>85958008
Some of characters can have their Stands given to other characters to better fit the story as need be. We've got to keep Spongebob "Dirty Dan" Squarepants though.

The Backson could work as this racer who's built up as being really strong, but no one has actually ever seen him. So when we have a scene were he's actually seen, he's being perfectly nice and isn't even in the race.

>>85956218
Man, that's a great idea. He's even got the animal theme with ANTS.

Though when we get to Part 7 I'm still going to put forth Pym as one of the protagonists because he fits the identity/heroism themes so damn well. The fact that he has been shown to have bipolar disorder would be interesting to right.
"This is the story of how I learned to grow. Not in a physical sense, but has a person, and as a hero. This is the story of a disgraced scientist discovering what truly matters...

>>85946504
I thought it was 70s, actually. Wasn't the reasoning that he'd be a bit older than he was in the show as of part 1, and then part 6 is ~50 years later?
Regardless, his [style] training means he looks younger than he actually is.
>>
>>85958008
Apparently the subject of part 7 is eclipsing working on part 6 now. Happens every time we're half way through a part.

Dr. Henry Killinger is my suggestion for one of the Dada party's members.

I have a number of ideas for stretches of the race. First they race through kaiju actor Hollywood (there's some screencaps of what that's about) where they literally race over the backs of huge celebrities.

The only well defined corpse part guardian is Nightmare Bitters in the sunken Looniversity.

I was pushing for Jack to have more of a main character role since I felt he has more potential with the theme of identity, but we might not be able to do it since anything of his prior identity might be lost to us.

>>85959777
Last I saw Speed Racer was cut for being anime.

>>85961098
Penny was about maybe 15 or 16 in part 4? It's been 6 years since part 4, so she'd be at least 21 now.

>>85962191
We really just need to put a note at the top of every parts doc specificity how many year it's been since part 1.
Not how many years since the previous part, just how many years since the first part.
>>
>>85962967
>I was pushing for Jack to have more of a main character role since I felt he has more potential with the theme of identity, but we might not be able to do it since anything of his prior identity might be lost to us.
Quite frankly, I want the main protagonists of each part to be at least recognisable. Courage, Johnny Bravo, Tom, the Eds, Plucky, Dora... they're all well-known characters, and while I'm not opposed to dipping into the obscure, part of the fun of /co/co/ is the weird high-concept pitches: "Tom the cat has to stop Daffy Duck from twisting the world in his image". "Uncle Scrooge, Grunkle Stan, and Ed, Edd and Eddy help Inspector Gadget to solve a murder case." "Plucky Duck takes down the corporate empire of the Warner Brothers and its demonic leader, the Red Guy". Jack is such an unknown character that he doesn't give us much to work with and would be unlikely to be recognised.

In any case, I'm currently getting caught up on Superocean, and should be able to contribute once I've got a good idea of where we are.
>>
>>85963116
and Part 8 is "Homestar must save the world from a reality-shattering meme"

Maybe public domain Jack wins the race and wishes for his identity to be restored.

Part 2 takes place at least 15 years after part 1, right? This is the time span that I am the least sure about and it throws off all the later calculations.

Part 3 is about 20 years after part 2 I think.
So part 3 takes place at least 35 years after part 1.

Part 4 is only one year after part 3.
So part 4 takes place at least 36 years after part 1.

Part 5 is only a year after part 4.
So part 5 takes place at least 37 years after the events of part 1.

Part 6 is five years after part 5.
So part 6 takes place at least 42 years after the events of part 1.

Part 7 is probably a year or two after part 6 since elections take time and even after the results are in, Mr. Nobody wouldn't be sworn in until the next year, then he has to set up for the race which could take some time.
That puts us at around 44 years since part 1 when we're in part 7.

But again, the numbers could be all wrong if time between parts 1 and 2 is off.

Yeah sorry about that. Again I was trepedatious about even mentioning it due to us still working on part 6. How much have we got to go? It sounded like in an earlier thread we had a plan for the ending set up, and we were getting through the El Oso fight. So what else do we got left to do?

There was a part of me that wanted to get a word in edgewise, I always missed a lot of the cool discussion, but that's kind of selfish I have to admit. I should try and do more artwork.

There's been several suggestions for who actually wins the race so that's going to need to be the first thing we sort out. I remember Wander being suggested as a Pocoloco type character and I really liked that.
>>
>>85963775
The key to figuring out the time between parts 1 and 2 is Hank Hill's age, i think its mentioned how old he is by Part 2 somewhere in the docs, so take that and subtract it by the age of Hank's canon age(same as what he was in part 1) and you should have the difference
>>
>>85963775

I think we estimated it to be two or three years, actually.
Part 2 was anywhere between 15 and 25 years after part 1.

Finished the El Oso fight days ago.

In part 6, from memory, here's what we have planned that still needs work:

>Finish the very first section of part 6, the bus ride to the prison. Need Dora's life of crime flashbacks and being betrayed and sold out as well as her capture by the Frizz.

>Need to finish the beneath the jail sections. Everything after the giant stone panther fight to meeting Dan are all still cliff notes

>Again with beneath he jail, after freeing Dan the fight against Mirage still needs to be written

>Interpol arc, where our heads are currently at. Need to do Penny and Rex VS Swiper and then VS Frizzle. Penny gets captured and brought back to Belle Reve.

>The Warden's plan, Penny gets him monologueing. Dredd doesn't like what he hears and picks a fight with the Warden, he loses badly, but Penny is able to escape being sent to PI thanks to that.

Everything past that is rather nebulous, but it goes something like

>Wassanasong arrives at the prison.

>Dora's group fights Snatcher

>Dora's group fights Giffany, Daffy's bastards are freed from supermax

>Deadlock storms the jail, is sent to PI with the other robots.

>Robots begin pouring into PI

>Deadlock begins mobilizing demons and robots to break PI (it's a ruse)

>Penny meets with Trevor who is close to figuring out the vortex, begin planning a rebellion in the jail with the Strickland old guard

>Sticks sees futures from her current point in causality that should not exist, uses Droopy to get into PI, bypassing the Warden

>Droopy VS Woody Woodpecker

>Dethklock concert causes unparalleled chaos in PI, accelerates the Warden absorbing STAR energy, also provides a distraction so Dora's group can escape PI (hasn't been planned yet).

>Fight Vicky as the last obstacle to escape?

>Free from PI, everyone is gunning for the Warden in the march of madness ending
>>
>>85963914
No, part 5 is only a year after part 4, the reason for this is because the investigators tracking the stand jawbreakers are backed by Scrooge McDuck.

Any longer than a year with that kind of backing is just gross incompetence.
That's what was decided in the threads.
>>
>>85964022

>so Dora's group can escape PI (hasn't been planned yet).

I wonder if Droopy and Gaz will have a role in this since the former would be determined to bring the group back to the normal prison due of a standard rule on his own, and the latter got through of Warden's bullshit and just wants to reunite with her dad and free Wall-E from PI.
>>
>>85964155
Could be that Gaz grants them access to her room which is located inside of the tower to get them in.

She sees they're being escorted by Droopy and considers that a good enough excuse to do it.

>Tension really needs to mount between them before their fight.
So far we have the Warden holding onto [Glory Road] instead of putting it in the evidence locker. Shortly after, he sends most of the guards to assault vaults across the world and replaces them with robots, then he commision even more robots, which Dredd dislikes. And the icing of the cake is using the Stand Jawbreakers, which are illegal substances, to power Pure Imagination.

>>85970327
>>85970689
Well then whoever wants him to be the antagonist for part 8 better come up with something for him by the time we get to that part then.

I'm having a hell of a time trying to focus on part 6 today.
>>
>>85971044
Don't we already have his character estabilished for part8?

At first, I imagine him as a lazy, arrogant, apathetic and incompetent failure of a leader, and this lossy behavior of his somehow enpowers his Stand with a certain control over the environment, thus making things go his way anyway.
>>
>>85970689
As I said, your average webcomic protagonist, except for the B^U, that face is probably his unique trait.

>>85971341
There was an idea some threads ago that Ethan hides in plain sight as a store clerk, with the identity of the Church's leader obscured until the heroes wreck the scopemen leader and he gets the fruit.
I imagine that he turns more deranged when Loss becomes widespread in the end, he becomes a slave of his own meme.
>>
>>85971496
I had a vague idea for Ethan's backstory.
Basically, while after finding a couple of Scud robots in a dumpster, Ethan tries to use them to build XBox robots, but causes one of them to explode after pulling out the jawbreaker core to eat it; he survives because he's still manifesting his Stand, but it kills Lucas and the pregnant Lilah. (We do, of course, get a panel of him crouched next to her body, like the final panel of Loss.)
After a breakdown, he decides that he shouldn't dwell on it; after all, [LOSS] comes to everyone. He determinez that he needs to be above it. To Be Above You.
Too edgy?
>>
>>85972093
I like your ideia, but it feels like it needs a little more memes to emphatize this is the creation of [LOSS].

>>85971496
>in the end, he becomes a slave of his own meme
Just like real life.
I kinda want part8 to have a subtheme of mememagic, maybe by referencing other mememagic, directly referencing the existence of it or just making odd "coincidences" appear sometimes in the story.
>>
>>85972326
Well, since this whole project is basically meme magic, I'd make a fitting end.

How did you guys imagine [stark raving mad]? The appearance description is quite vague and I don't really know how to represent the alternate Stickies. Maybe they're like memories or voices or something.
>>
>>85972396
I imagine it sort of having more solid discs and resembling those old paintings where the halo is some kind of circle around a person's head.
>>
>>85972093
>Scud
Oh, right, he's supposed to be a character in part 7.

Maybe he doesn't find the Scud, but just one of the old models that got thrown across the world after PI blew up.

So we have three types of robots in part 6:
-Original Propane Nightmares - very durable, very powerful, but treated like manual labor in digging out the old jails under Belle Reve
-Neo-PN - Electric robots made under Wassanasong's leadership. Basically Mechanismos.
-And stand jawbreaker powered robots Membrane builds in bulk. They have non-standard designs and have noticeable variations from bot to bot (it is my understanding that we are using Robotomy characters for them) since Membrane is making them with whatever he has on hand. They could use a production name for the series.

Bobby takes command of the old Propane Nightmares with his family override codes so he has an army to fight the Warden with.

I assume Skarr is outfitting and leading the Mechanismos to quell the "riot".

Deadlock's "inspirational leadership" wins him the loyalty of the stand jawbreaker powered models.
>>
>>85972396
I thought of it like an old model of the solar system in disc form, constantly moving with the planets going around the sun.

My plan for how they defeat Vicky is for Sticks to throw her stand like how Captain America throws his shield and it starts floating above Vicky's head, pouring in countless alternate versions of causality into her senses so she can't tell what's real and what's not anymore.

Only Sticks can sort through the mess of input her stand gives and not go tomato from sensory overload.
>>
>>85972093
>Too edgy?
I dunno, though the miscarriage triggering his descent is a given.

Before the start of part 8, he traveled around the world gathering Stand users for his inner circle, along with normal people to bolster the numbers of his fledging cult. And during that time, he researched the way to make Loss real, creating the glyph of Loss as a way for unconsciously implant it in the mind of people.

Maybe he tried getting them to play a song and they just dicked around for a solid day/
>>
>>85974727

I thought they would very likely to go around and destroy anything modeled after the image of the Warden, then do really obscene things with them like beheading and one Warden's statue and emulating a blowjob with the head out of the spite, or smash countless Warden statues and pee and defecate on them.
>>
>>85969916

>And I thought Dick Dastardly was going to be President Nobody's man in the race to keep things interesting.

This is another thing that keeps changing in the project besides the protagonists. I remember the other characters suggested for that role were Gladstone Gander and Dan Backslide, but I think Dastardly would fit more as Mr. Nobody's main racer with Goofy coming as a back-up plan in sorts if Dastardly fails.
>>
>>85975243
So they do that for an entire 24 hours before Snatcher is finally sent in to break them in?

>-Neo-PN - Electric robots made under Wassanasong's leadership. Basically Mechanismos.

I wonder how that will turn out with Membrane during the riot, since his Stand allows him to absorb electricity from any object and covert it into electric barriers and shields.

I suppose he does that to give defensive support to Bobby and Trevor as the drive the original PN models into battle, which renders a good chunk of the neo models useless and it would piss Skarr off to the point he would unleash his Stand against the group.
>>
>>85975611
There was a suggested team up of Dick, Dan Backslide, Snidley Whiplash, and Dredd Baron, but I think that was for /co/rge.

Baron having a stand called [LED ZEPPELIN] Would be pretty cool though.
>>
>>85976134
There's a fair bit of organizing we're going to need to do before the Strickland forces in the jail rally and rebel against the Warden.

Wassanasong also needs to be fleshed out some more. Make it clear that he's been dragging the organization through the dirt to support the Warden's global prison scheme, and also whatever Wassanasong gains from this personally.
>>
>>85976134
Does the mechanismos count as inanimate objects? maybe Skarr could upgrade the shitty robots with his Stand's ability.

Sticks foreshadowed part 7 and part 8 during the ward arc.
>>
>>85979918
I get the idea behind Sticks predicting it, but we should slow down on Loss foreshadowing. Remember, the main idea so far is that Loss doesn't exist until Ethan uses his stand to make the universe revolve around his fake concept. And the heroes beat him by pointing this fact out. Ethan just used mememagic from the fruit to attain main villain power.
>>
>>85980076
I think that's the only foreshadowing so far. Ethan becomes active around part 7 since the monster in the Looniversity is gone when the racers reach the pit.
>>
>>85980076
Anon, come on, it's foreshadowed exactly once in an off handed way which the characters examining the drawing dismiss immediately and it never comes up again in part 6.

You gotta actually read it and not make assumptions based on spare conversation we're having here, that section of our part 6 is already done even.

When Wassanasong arrives at the prison he should have a meeting with Mirage.

Mirage is a criminal, but she was recruited by Wassanasong to cause problems in the jail at strategic times to give the Warden greater authority over how the prison is run.
We should take this opportunity to establish that Wassanasong is an irredeemable bastard who won't keep his end of the deal he made with Mirage, the reason is because Dan died. They didn't know about Dan, but they knew something was under the prison and wanted to study it, and even though they now know Wong is a pillarman and can study him, he's not the same as whatever Dan was.

So Mirage is left to rot in whatever cell she was put in.

Might give her a role later in killing Wassanasong as he tries to make his escape after being kicked in the balls by Bobby.

>>
>>85990781
let's see:

>Jonah Hex
>Crazy Jane
>Lucky Luke
>Hank Pym
>The hero formerly known as Yellowjacket (jack)

who else?
>>
>>85990876
I think that's our shortlist, assuming that Robotman is out of the running.
I vote:
>Jonah Hex and Crazy Jane as main protagonists (lots of potential for character relationship, one cape character and one non-cape, Jane has the corpse part gimmick which I don't want to pass up)
>Lucky Luke as a one-arc ally racer who acts as a bit of a foil to Jonah, and debates him on the morality of killing
>Hank as recurring (friendly) rival with his own arc, which gets cut short by Nobody >>85956218
>Jack as majoy ally and secondary protagonist; think Max from part 5 but with more screentime?
I definitely think all these ideas are solid, so this is just how I'd lay them out.
Regarding Jane not wanting to fight Nobody, that could easily be part of her character arc; but if we _really_ insist on not using her I'd go for Hank and Jonah as our heroes.

>>85990752
I quite liked the appearance of nameless world but yeah I felt the power was a bit "vague" and matches the idea for Huey somewhat.

Maybe the appearance of Nameless World with the powers of velocity vision.

Perhaps the eagle skull can appear over his funky eye, to give him "Eagle Eyes"

There's also Navis (from Wake, a French comic), who isn't a main character.
She fills a sort've Hot Pants role, only she's an Interpol agent, not a Vatican agent.

>>85990781
>it seems we've hit a pausing point in part 6 anyway
Because I want someone else to write part 6 for a while.
>>
>>85992111
Yeah, I was only counting the MC nomimees.
For the others, we've got Mojo Jojo, who, frankly, I think we can drop; Captain Haddock, who should be relevant for a few arcs before Nobody takes the liver; and Old Jack, who should probably be similar to Yellow-Jack-et in terms of being a recurring character. Was there anyone else?

>Pym with Takehito Koyasu's voice

>>
>>85992386
I just hope no one tries to portray Mr. Nobody as a ruthless psychopath, because that's not him at all.

Worst things he ever did after becoming Mr. Nobody are kill a bunch of Nazi scientists, turn a French cop into a toilet, and make some fat rich guy cease to exist.

I'm not counting what he did as Mr. Somebody, that was a lot more heinous and not the parts of his character that make me excited to use him.
>>
>>85990752
Glad you like the opportunity, Reviewfag. I promise that I'll be around to write for part 7, and not be just a lurker for part 6.

Hey guys, I was reading into >>85961879 and it gave me a ideia for a opponent for part 8.

User: Shen (Owlturd.com artist)

Stand name: [BRING ME TO LIFE]

Appearance: Silhouette hands coming from the user’s head.

Abilities:

[WAKE ME UP INSIDE]: The Stand can personify abstract concepts by having its hands pull a [personification] of the virtual object. It can be used to interact with personified versions of machines’ programming or of something as abstract as the user’s own luck. This can be used to attain information or manipulate the personifications into doing something you want. The user can only pull one personification like this at a time.
[SAVE ME]: The user can pull multiple [personifications] from its own mind faculties to help him, more or less three personifications like this can be summoned. These personifications have the atributes they represent powered up. Shen has some recurring personifications that he uses as minions/helpers:
[SAVE ME] EMOTION: Emotion is a goal-oriented, intense and ironically unemotive ally that acts as the user’s first-in-command. Has a unbreakable will and is a ruthless fighter.
[SAVE ME] LOGIC: Logic is a intelligent, technical and ironically very excitable ally that acts as the user’s second-in-comand. Can create weapons out of anything.
[SAVE ME] ANXIETY, SADNESS, ANGER: These guys act as common minions that occasionally appear to aid Emotion and Logic in fights. They don’t last long when summoned.
[SAVE ME] APATHY: This is Shen’s special weapon, it uses up all the user’s focus. Apathy is a gigantic gray monster with unstoppable inertia and immense strength, but it is remarkably slow.

User’s description: Shen is a somewhat angsty, but unemotive everyman that is know for wasting a lot of time mubbling to himself or to his Stand. He’s also know for silently doing anything for his masters. Might be used as a minion of Ethan in part8.

I wonder if whoever was catching up with part 6 has caught up with it yet.

Mojo Jojo was suggested as the one who gets hit with [paint it black], looks like Pym is taking that place.

>>85994927
>He’s also know for silently doing anything for his masters.
i don't know why, but immediately thought of the mute guy from Sin City.
>>
So how should things play out for Swiper from here?

He obviously tries to escape, but how much does he say before trying it and how long should the fight go on until Penny and Rex's real target shows up?
>>
>>85985674
Which should go first? The encounter with Vicky or Daffy's sons?

>>85989200
yep, as joke assassins like oingo and boingo.
>>
>>85997331
I think enough to incriminate Wassanasong, saying how both were part of the WB at one point, then Frizz arrives (with Skarr?) and he attempts to escape during the crossfire.
>>
>>85997446
So he should reveal he was originally a WB agent and how he used his old WB connections to send Dora directly to jail, he names Wassanasong, outing him as someone who was also involved with the WB?

And this is before Frizzle arrives?
>>
>>85998336
yeah, spilling the beans allows the knife to be safely removed from Swiper's back, then he takes advantage of the conmotion caused by Frizz and co. (I assume there are prison guards accompanying her inside the vault)

Pericles' Stand is surprisingly vague for such a important character as him, /Co/Co/ really does accept all kinds as long as it fits. That's one of the things that I love about /Co/Co/.

Did you guys imagine something memorable about [master of puppets]? I tried to make it reference Pericles' close friend, young Ricky.
>>
>>85999518

Characters that are added in the last minute often have Stands with vague descriptions, yeah.

I always imagined his Stand has a resemblence to the Kriegstaffebot models, but being a lookalike of Ricky sounds cool to me.

the way his Stand is described, I imagine it looks like a motion capture suit, or like Algalon from warcraft.
>>
>>85999518
>>85999623
I also pictured it taking the form of one of his Kriegstaffebots when it has enough metal to work with.
>>
>>85932770
So going by this they already know that Swiper worked for the WB, Gadget told them about it.

Swiper tries to lie his way out of it, but the knife twists until he tells the truth as well as revealing his connections. After the knife is removed Frizzle shows up to take the cache and Swiper tries to make his escape.
>>
>>86002162
>"How could you have known all that already?!"
>"Inspector Gadget told me all about it."
>"Impossible!" looking over to Penny "There's no way she could've known!"
>"Wrong Gadget, scum bag."
>"He's been dead for years!"
>"Yeah, what of it?"
>>
>>85999623
Inch High's Stand is also missing his description.

>>86002162
How does Frizzle fights them? does she tries to run them over with the bus or just send the guards to do the job?
>>
>>86003009
I think she fights by rolling the bus and doing drift turns to side swipe people.

It's kind of like Wheel of Fortune.
>>
>>85990876
Sam and Max and Tempo Lalinde?
>>
>>86004935
Pretty sure they were always intended as side characters. That said, I wouldn't mind throwing them into the running for potential mains.
>>
>>86005205
Tempo at least has a fight laid out for her. Sam and Max were suggested to have been genderswapped by a stand and want the star to change back. If that's the case, The Scotslass should definitely fight them for the same reason. Especially if they've been traveling with Jack.

Dredd has a Stand, I think the reason he was unable to see what was on [Glory Road] was because his helmet obscured the thing (or he wasn't paying attention to another of the Warden's shenanigans)

Looking now, I think I really prefer the Stand resembling Ricky rather than Kriegstaffebot. Nice job as usual drawfriend.

(His helmet really was blocking out what Glory Road was showing him, or he just didn't care so the map couldn't show him anything)

>>86012165
The booru is so often neglected.
Why?
>>
>>86014021
What he has displayed so far:
- pulled a couple of flareguns in the maze level.
- turned into a cage/iron maiden thing to trap Mirage.
- used a flamethrower to deal with the frogmen and the caveman's tunnel.
- covered Deadlock in a restraining substance akin to silly string.
- has rocket boosts.
- can turn into a cargo helicopter-like machine

He can transform from a rectangle to whatever shape that is, shoot electricity, has flamethrowers, turn into a military helicopter, turn into an iron maiden, turn into a rocket, shoot metal silly string, is made of Nintendium, has a number of guns inside of itself, has a number of blades/saws inside of itself, can hover, can probably shoot lasers, has satellite access, and... pretty much anything we really need him to have, so he's customizable.

And the version of Me-Mow we're using in this is from her second appearance where she's grown up.
>>
Can I suggest that we DON'T include Bizzaro in Part 7? Including him would make too much sense. Plus having someone who isn't a Stand User in a part with Stands would be a bit pointless.

I vote that we foreshadow him by making reference to a twisted mirror of the Hero, one who makes a mockery of all he stood for, trapped inside the Corpse; one that might be released if it is reassembled.
Then the Corpse gets put back together and Stardust comes out of it.
