This is a freakishly high resolution still from Xavier Renegade Angel. It is 'much' higher resolution then both the original broadcasts and the DVD releases.

( Note that Xavier never had a blue ray release )

The Boston ATHF episode doesn't actually seem to be a complete cut. It is about three minutes of very choppy footage.

At the 3:12 minute mark they flash this title card a second time and have a still image shown up to the nine minute mark with audio played intermittently underneath it. For the last three minutes it is pitch black with a bit of static.
You never see or hear anything past the first segment of the episode.
