Not really. Organic spinnerets that need mechanical shooters still doesn't solve the supply issue. The need for using web would probably be disproportionate to amount of web he'd naturally produce. He'd likely blow out his entire load before he'd even get three blocks down Manhattan. Having it be mostly synthetic webbing from analyzing his natural webbing and still using mechanical shooters is the best compromise. At the best, you could still have his natural webbing be stronger to give it an edge over the synthetic for those really dramatic emergency situations.

I don't mind lines, it's just that they distract from the webbing.

Also I know moving eyes means we can get Bagley/ASM2 style eyes, but I'd like to see them as the neutral position at some point, perhaps when Parker's at university. It's a great representation of his youth. Then they can evolve into MacFarlane eyes from there.
