Honestly Doomed was pretty decent, probably the best Superbook event of the past decade. Only some of the non-crossover parts of New Krypton and Truth might have been better.

Maybe that's a low bar though.

Thoroughly enjoyed the H'el on Earth arc in Superman/Supergirl

The Animal Man and Swamp Thing runs were both great.
Swamp Thing had change of writers once or twice, but different runs still hold up.

Amythest Sword and Sorcery was great. As well as plenty of their other limited series runs like Prez or Penguin Pain n Prejudice.
