Of course they do. When it happens, then they can be angry about it and feel all righteous about all the black guy/white girl stuff in comics. It's actually mostly a joke about Miles getting page time with Gwenpool and the advertised relationship between him and Spider-Gwen. Carol would just be another blond, blue eyed super heroine he's been on the page with recently.

It's amusingly notable that the interracial couple in this issue drew absolutely no shit posting, when one shown on only one panel in another recent comic drew much more. I shouldn't have to point out what was different between them.
