The short summary

>Briar is about to fall asleep, but she is trying to fight it. She has been taking elixers to keep herself away, she is doing much harm to her psyche.

Well if anyone one in the main cast had to start the school Draculaura makes the most sense given her long age and naivety. But Frankie? Her whole thing is being way too new and 16 days when episode 1 started. It makes no sense but to have her come in as the new kid or the last set of main cast eyes so to speak.

In a way having MH being more newer makes sense given the lore we got with that one movie with even the humans in the town around the school being afraid and willing to kill a young monster on the spot.
I don't get how EAH being new makes any sense though.

Well for the story of Snow White, it requires a dead mother and a wicked step-mom. So in order for the story to repeat, Apple's mom has to die and her dad marries Raven.

And also for Cinderella to happen, Cinderella's mom has to die. And if the daughter of Cinderella becomes the next Cinderella, basically that's an entire family line doomed to die after having one daughter. I mean that doesn't make it unviable but you'd think Ashlynn would be a more interesting character if she knew that was in her future.

I actually figured out how the Snow White thing could potentially work. If Apple and Raven are half-sisters, Apple would marry a prince and have one daughter, and then die. Her prince remarries Raven, and then they have one daughter. You could do this for generations and as long as the princes are always fresh blood there's no inbreeding implied. But that'd mean that Apple's villain is Raven's mother, which is clearly not the case.

Like yeah they can come up with reasons and exceptions but if the parents are the first generation of fairy tales they don't HAVE to have reasons and exceptions. It just seems weird they didn't go that route.

well, they cheat, what else do you want? to them NOT be disqualified for cheating?, this has nothing to do with why FAybelle was punished while Apple didn´t, but what it actually shows that is that for the Evil Queen there was nothing wrong with her cheating, BUT what it was wrong was that Snow White got the throphy, this is in line with what Raven says about her mother by then end of "The Unfariest of Them All"

Well, as mentioned, they were never dating, and based on the books Apple has never really thought of Daring as more than a friend. They're "engaged," so to speak, but to Apple that was a reason not to date. They'll get together in the end anyway, so she focused on her studies and assumed she'd fall for him when the time was right while he's free to do his thing and play the field.

Part of the reason Rapple is actually kinda plausible is that Apple shows very close to zero interest in the opposite sex; Daring is basically her only male friend and she was more taking a fatalistic view of their eventual arranged marriage than actually into him.

Ever After High is pretty good, it matters your tastes and if tiny plot holes bother you. Monster high is pretty bad as a story but the characters are really fun and interesting.

>Raven: 7/10. Her design and character are all right, but every outfit except her garish WTW outfit and literally every alternate hairstyle she's had is better than her default, which annoys me. Likable protagonist, but feels very static at times. Probably wouldn't like her as much if she and Apple's dynamic wasn't so good.
>Apple: 8.5/10. Her design's not as good as Blondie's, but it's up there, and she's the most interesting girl in the cast because she's allowed to be multifaceted and flawed in a way few of the others are. Most development, probably my favorite character overall. Don't think the story would be nearly as good without her.

They spend pretty much all of their time together. They don't just have big adventure stuff, there's also little things like eating lunch or playing video games in the common room together.

They hold hands and hug, a lot.

They have an extremely emotionally charged relationship, but despite their fundamental philosophical differences work well together and strongly believe in one another when not influenced by outside circumstances.

Is it common? Yes, same way a lot of male-oriented shows have gay shipping. However, in this particular case, the foundation of especially Apple's lesbian nature is more than mere projection. She has expressed no interest in any male character whatsoever. At all. This is the second lead of the show, the most popular character within that setting, and in the 4 seasons the show has lasted, she has not once expressed more interest in a male than she has in a piece of furniture. She even kept what she thought would be the love of her life at a distance, which is just plain weird.

Now, I subscribe to the theory that Apple is gay, just so deep in the closet that she doesn't even realize her feelings for Raven are beyond just friendship. However, I do not believe |Raven is gay. I think Raven at first was very weirded out by how touchy and hand-holdy Apple is, but has come to accept it as just an aspect of Apple'spersonality. Raven just thinks that Apple being all over her all the time is just Apple being Apple, and she (Raven) just goes along with it, thinking nothing of it. But, no, Raven herself is not gay.

Now, Darling, on the other hand...there's a reason that the CPR she gave Apple worked where the magic spell should have prevented it. That's all I'm saying.

I foresee Apple realizing her same-sex feelings, and trying to get in Raven's pants. Raven, at first, will outright reject her, leading to Apple falling apart because she was sure Raven felt the same way about her. Apple tries to find solace in Darling's arms, and starts something resembling a relationship with her, but she is still not over Raven, so there's a lot of fighting and self-destructive behaviour there. Raven, on the other hand, tries to be with Dexter, but he's too much of an immature spineless hipster twerp to be in an actual relationship with her. Missing her friend, and seeing how much of a disaster Apple is being, and with maybe the slightest hint of jealousy, Raven decides, fuck, maybe we should just give it a try. So they do. Now that she is finally over Raven, Apple can happily be with Darling, and as for Dexter, he did some travelling, got some life experience, gained some confidence by getting out from his brother's shadow, but his fashion choices are still the worst. But at least he's a great dad.

Not bad, I like the concept of the story. A few phrases I feel are out of character here and there. And the argument feels one-sided with a bias towards Bunny. There are clear parallels with philosophical schools of thought like determinism and compatibility (the idea that free will and determinism, aka 'destiny', are in fact compatible, and not mutually exclusive) that you might want to draw on to make a more balanced argument, if you feel like doing so. Haven't read the previous stories, though. Beyond that, like I said, not bad at all.

There is no character in EAH or most media that has drawn as many girls to her as Apple White. And she isn't even aware:

Most of the stuff have been covered above but:
Raven: cake making and school participating for Apple when she clearly doesn't do that sort of thing. holding hands, making a magical matching butterfly, using the word "love" twice with Apple when she hasn't even once for Dexter. And people actually believe Apple's the thirsty one.
Briar: all that grabbing, wording and kissing in the books; literally becoming the prince to a sleeping Apple in her own fairy tale during a movie
Blondie: would go across the school and break down doors and if Apple was on the other side; has drooled over Apple while hosting; only seems to care what Apple thinks
Holly O Hair: fangirls over Apple; became submissive when she met her in the books; uses Apple's words to fix her kingdom; goes on and on about Apple in the show in a barbershop style manner
Darling: dat end book 2 scene; dat flirtatious wink; motherfucking destiny!

I do agree, but I guess that happens when you write a character that is only playing the part of "innocent"

as for the rest of the stories, they aren't related; it's just more like they all have the same "baseline"
