As a DC fan I care about the hisyories and relationships between the characters. Rebirth got me back with its premise of "Nevermind Flashpoint, we are going back to Pre-Nu52".

Marvel fans probably got that beaten out of them by now thanks to the directorial direction Marvel has taken in which events trump characterization or human relationships.

Not to mention the only show on the air is fucking Teen Titans Go, Arkham Knight was shit and there is no other DC property in development and the DC DTVs have been atrocious since DKR 1 & 2.

It's pretty obvious DC is in a really bad place media-wise right now.
