If I was at Marvel's talent department, I'd so go after Russell. This guy fits with their politically driven narrative in comics and he isn't really being utilized by DC at all, in fact he pretty much got screwed over on this Prez deal. He'd be easy to lure into an exclusive.
But considering the shit show Marvel's talent department/editorial is at the moment, I doubt they even noticed him.

She was the pre-Rebirth writer on Wonder Woman.
With only a very small handful of writing credits under her belt, it's obvious she only got the job because her husband is a pretty popular (but terrible) artist.

She absolutely DESTROYED everything good from the previous run, and her re-introduction of Donna Troi was so terrible it was immediately retconned/ignored while her run was still going.
