From a review stand point I would give it an 7/10 it had some jokes that honestly made me laugh and it stayed away from any love life cliches that those kinds of movie had. It was also lots of fun that they didn't stray too far from the game itself. So in truth it was a pretty good video game movies. My few critics are that some scenes go way to long and the camera angles work which is great in the first act seems to disappear almost entirely in the rest of the film.

wasn't completely terrible, they actually managed to make a watchable movie despite the premise.
It got a bit lazy and eye-roll inducing towards the end but then it got better.

Only issue I had with the movie was the sound department felt like they had to put in waaaay too much music and background noises for the scenes, making everything feel like it was rushed and hyper instead of slowing down to let the jokes hit accordingly.

Other then that the movie was waaay better then expected.
