I think they MIGHT hit the first stretch goal, but I doubt it.
If I were rich I'd give them enough to make the pilot 22 minutes and get a second episode, but I don't think this will ever go beyond the pilot. I think it'll be a pretty good pilot, like that show Zone made Modifuckers based on, but it won't go any farther.

The Goon was only for a pitch reel, not the movie itself. It would have taken a lot more money for that to happen. As for Dead Meat, Maxwell Atoms is quite frequently posting updates on his tumblr. He recently started posting pics of the puppets in action rather than the usual set stuff.
