Harley is still with him, if Babs and MMH are back then they'll still be on his side, Jaime is apparently working with him and Dr. Fate was on his side in the comic. Selina was also only with the Regime to protect Bruce so she might rejoin him. Not sure where Jason would fall though, seems like he could easily work on either side.

I wonder if they're going to pull some bullshit in regards to reveals of characters who died or changed identities in the last game like they did with the dead characters in MKX. Like revealing Hal as a Green Lantern instead of Yellow or only showing off Ollie but have Roy take his place in the story. NRS has actually been pretty good at keeping a lid on story spoilers until the game is actually out so I get the feeling we know know the true status of a lot of characters for awhile yet.

It's not really any different. The gear is clearly in sets and changing every piece essentially results in a different costume. They're still alts but you just choose them section by section. Nobody I assume. I just think he'll be in because I think they're going to do a Brother I plot. The Watchtower blew up in the first game so it can't be the space station seen in the select screen, and Bats is at the computer console before the characters come up. Plus all the trailers have the analytical data for all the characters popping up in those wireframes of their equipment. It's flimsy right now but it makes sense as a follow up story to Injustice for Bats to go overboard with contingency plans after what happened. I see OMAC as a possibility but he can be swapped out for whatever the new threat ends up being.

Richard Epcar is the only Mortal Kombat actor from that crossover game who's still playing the character.

And actually they did; Lex, Lobo, Aquaman, Green Arrow and Zatanna all have their YJ voice actors.

Probably a lot. Most of the villains seem like they could be let go pretty easily. This is what I'm guessing will occur in regards to returning characters. I'm mainly iffy on Ares since he could easily be in or cut depending on who the villain in the WW movie is and Shazam since he's dead. Nightwing could just get replaced for another Robin or remain as Damian, who knows?

I do think there will be less guests than MKX though regardless of who they choose though. Injustice is a different beast since it doubles as an advertisement tool for DC movies and shows and giving up a bunch of slots to guests limits that. I'm thinking it'll be down to one guest character per pack just to make sure the casuals still buy them since they just cannot resist any sort of crossover apparently no matter how nonsensical.

Well there was also Bane and Catwoman for TDKR which just came out and Green Arrow with the Arrow costume. Plus things are different now, back then the DCEU just started after the game came out with MoS and the only show out was Arrow. Now there's four live action shows, a new JL cartoon, Rebirth is happening and at least three movies will come out during the game's lifespan. Arkham City started it with red and black pigtails, though the makeup is New 52, which also made the hair dip-dyed after Suicide Squad, which took influence from both.

Anyway, bleached Harley wasn't in the first game and is a stupid origin anyway. The real problem with this design for me is that all the costume is black paired with red, while the hair and eye makeup are the only blue elements, which are clearly used in place of black. Maybe alternate colors can fix it. You can also throw on the headpiece leaving just the blue eye makeup.

My biggest problem is that Tara is still voicing Harley.

The skins seem to work differently in this since it's all done through separate pieces of gear for each body part. They do come in sets though and they've already confirmed some stuff like a Power Girl alt for Super Girl so I'm sure there will be some DCEU skins made, they had them in the last game after all.
