I was super disappointed by this issue though. The random art change was abysmal. I had such high hopes for this book, but they wasted so much time on Gwen and the Electros.

Like Spider-Verse, this was a good idea gone to waste, but at least Spider-Verse had some enjoyable tie-ins. Thanks for saving anyone from having to buy this, OP. I'm glad it's almost over, but I don't know what made Marvel think it would be a good idea to let Costa write the new Venom series when he couldn't even get this to reach twelve issues.

The drastic art changes are to show how with the universes mixing in with each other, it's warping the cast. They get drawn goofier in the more cartoon-y universes.
