I think the contracts work like this. Any character created in X-Men books is at Fox. The contract also included a specific list of characters Fox clearly must have asked for: Wolverine, Mystique, Sabretooth, Silver Samurai, Lady Deathstrike and Viper (for some reason). Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch have some vague grey area.
Since Molly Hayes didn't exist when the contracts were devised and she didn't debut in an X-Book, she obviously was never included in the contract.

Yeah Netflix is the larger streaming service but 12 million people isn't exactly a barren wasteland.

(I keep both services. Netflix is better for movies, Hulu is better for tv shows)
