I'd go with Superwoman, but I'm biased because the cast is characters I care about rather than these literally whos (partially my own fault for not having read Chase yet though). And the first issue was denser, and I like that shit. Seems like both books will have some Lupa too so it's just whatever you prefer.

This was better than I expected though. Solicits made it seems like it was just "TV Show: The Comic" but interviews and the actual product seem like Orlando's doing his own thing only sort of superficially appearing like the show.

Hank Henshaw the original Cyborg Superman is running around with his techno-path powers intact and is just one step short of becoming the Cyborg Superman again too. This all happened in Lois & Clark ongoing that happened prior to DC Rebirth.

However, so far Jurgens hasn't brought back that subplot and basically either arrested or forced to join the D,E.O.

Well, they're off a bit. Eight light minutes at a bit under quarter light speed should come out to a bit over half an hour but it could be OK. Maybe a few minutes getting into space, slowing down for approach.
There's a timing issue but it could have been a while after launch. It's cute that FTL comms is implied, and I think that's what Kara is picking up when she exits the Sun. Maybe Kryptonians tech.
And I think it's pretty strongly implied Kara goes FTL.
