NRS modellers are beyond shit, especially when it comes to model female faces. Aside from the notorious ugly WW face, MK9 and to a lesser degree MKX have been known for getting really weird Uncanny Valley faces. Harley Quinn looks fine though.

Netherrealm designs consistently manages to be even worse than the already awful Arkham but how do you make Juggalo Harley even worse?
