Give me ideas for a supervillain

A man who turns people into hyper-realistic skin suits that change his entire appearance, and even his voice. Like a mix of The Chameleon from Spider-Man and Buffalo Bill.

He wants to make everyone gay

On the other side of mirrors is an alternate universe, normally just the exact reflection of ours. Whatever happens in one world happens in the other, other than the following:

There is a severely mentally handicapped man in our world. There is a genius in theirs. They are the doubles of each other.

They became unstuck from the reflection rule at birth. Anything either of them does is affected in both universes. They are invisible and completely silent on both sides of the mirror, only using science or magic to travel to the space between reflections (basically becoming a mirror) can you interact with them.
The genius is completely unhinged, and believes the world was created for him to play in. His only limitation is that he's bound to follow in the general vicinity of where his retarded reflection goes. The mentally handicapped man has the approximate intelligence of a three year old child despite being in his thirties. He's learned not to look at mirrors and see the things his evil self does, and the evil self literally just lures him wherever he wants him to go by dangling food or toys in the desired direction.

The genius is getting bored.

Tired of 'the world going to hell' and 'participation trophies' and 'the celebration of mediocrity' a man looks around his failed life and decides he's so much smarter and better than everyone else so it's up to him to create a better world. Create it by traumatizing and mind breaking as many people, particularly children, as he can, so they grow up strong and independent and self-reliant. And if they just break, well they were weak, useless nothing people and the world has too many of them already.

A super hero that really is just gaining public favor to take over the world. Like over years just gradually fixeing the worlds problems and showing how governmental corruption or just the selfish nature of people in power screws things up. And then some third world country has a revolution against some well known ruthless dictator and the "hero" just openly helps in the revolution and they make him the new leader. And he becomes a king and turns this place into something really close to utopia. And then begins to think, ' I can do this with the rest of the world".

Think If Lex Luthor actually had Supermans powers but there was no Superman around to distract him. Just the way he would selfishly do things for people to further his own agenda and amass power for himself.
