Would doxxing and swatting be allowed in children's cartoons as a way to warn kids not to put their personal information like phone numbers online? How would you react if your favorite cartoon had a episode about doxxing/swatting?

I'd probably laugh. But do they really make PSA episodes anymore?
Hell I feel like those episodes were out of vogue even when I was a kid let alone today. The only shows I remember still doing VERY SPECIAL episodes were Braceface and Proud Family.

PSA episodes like this kind of died when kid's animation on network TV died

Oh, wow, I had forgotten about the Proud Family

I don't think that's an issue that kids are or should be overly concerned with? And anti-bullying is still a staple of kids' shows anyway.
I actually think this is something that media aimed at children/teens should deal with more often because it seriously doesn't seem like people who are 10-15-ish have been taught how to spot scams and that it can be dangerous to reveal too much about yourself on the internet. And someone needs to do it so it might as well be a TV show.

They kinda occasionally do, though they're a little less in your face about it.

I agree. Though I'm not sure if it would have to be doxxing and swatting, in particular.

Perhaps not but they need to be taught something about not being a huge idiot on the net.
Degrassi had a plotline about swatting done by a 13 year old gamergater

Is "Doxxing" the retarded cousin of "Doxing?"
Also, always remember: If you release private or personal information onto the internet and make it public, then later make an ass of yourself and someone finds it, it's not a Dox.
