Which was better?

JLU was much more fun.

Unlimited, in every single way.

The only good thing about JL was Hereafter.
Why did I even bother with watching that chore of a series?

JL was mostly just "ok" and generally poorly paced. You could tell when they threw in fight scenes just to add more problems and pad for time.

JL was necessary for JLU's rise and success. the latter established the need for a super hero alliance and the climb from petty individual crisis to world crisis was great.

unlimited without JL would have been a fucking mess, JL without unlimited would have been cooler superfriends

JLU had the better theme song IMO

US2>S1>US1>S2>US3

I feel like they had some creative bankruptcy by the time they got to unlimited season 3 but there were some cool episodes like when lex and wally switch bodies
