Man, Composite Superman/Batman is too silver age cool of an idea for a character that he will never be able to be anything more than his namesake

I mean, what IS he? He's one half superman, the other half batman, for some reason green, and has almost completely different powers than Superman and Batman. On top of that, even if he was just one half superman and the other half batman, he'd have the crippling weakness of both kryptonite bullets and regular bullets
