I'm about in the middle when it comes to soft or rough voices. I often get cast as a young villian or anti hero. I'm black so my voice is alittle deep but I have more fun doing high voices. most of the time im actually doing a voice that sounds nothing like my own. I also have a slight NY accent that I can erase when recording,but I often get asks to keep because it adds alittle more flare

West Virginia is perpetually in a recession for about a hundred years.
They only industry was coal, and as a result the entire state is either eat up with cancer, arthritis, or lung diseases. Plus all the mines have shut down, the kids all have mercury and lead poisoning, and there are no jobs. The whole state is on disability.
But it's mostly beautiful scenery-wise, other than the strip minning.
VA is a mixed bag, but has a lot of wealthier areas, unlike WVA, which has only one real urban center.

It's a shame Sabat's voices for both Vegeta and Piccolo (the latter much more) doesn't fit the characters. But that might just be because I read the manga sixteen years ago, in a completely different language, and didn't hear the american voices until Xenoverse was released.

They're different from the Nip versions but I wouldn't say they don't fit.

I'm guessing Chris' main idea was to really make them sound menacing and evil since neither of them were originally on Goku's side.

To me, Vegeta's voice is wrong because it sounds to harsh, raspy and dark. Where I always felt that it should've sounded more like typical shithole royalty. Piccolo sounds wrong because he sounds just like a generic bad guy from any cartoon.

Sabat is a great VA, but those two particular interpretations just feel out of place for me.

Same goes for Sean, really, when voicing Kaiou. He's got this dumb, flappy voice. Sure it fits him, but it's nowhere near close to what I'd imagined it to be.

Sean's Goku, on the other hand, is completely spot on. I don't think there's a single fault in his delivery apart from the obvious thing that they made him stupid instead of a hick, but I like that.
