It was pretty decent, but season two was very uneven in quality.

On one hand, it had Ghost being based, Dr. Doom as an Iron Man villain, the return of Madame Masque, and the Controller episode was fun.

On the other hand, it pointlessly revived Living Laser, Mad Thinker was stupid, and they jobbed MODOK so hard.

It's because Disney didn't want any other company to have the property to Marvel animation. This was on Nick. As was WATXM and Spectacular was Sony and they made a deal so that Disney gets the animation rights but Sony keeps the full movie rights. Kind of moot now. Also, EMH was already in development before the purchase and was replaced as soon as Disney rebranded Marvel Animation with Man of Action.

I loved that they made Rescue purple to differentiate the armor from Tony. Wish they did that in the comics.

Fucking hell Pepper Potts was worse then useless. Why do you exist, Pepper Potts? Who let you into main cast?

It's clear from her standard issue kid detective backstory and her nosy personality what she was meant to be, but would it kill writers to actually use her for it?

He did such great work on Marvel Animation. Really wish they hadn't relegated him to writing the scripts for the Thor sequels that will be rewritten numerous time anyways and allow no creative freedom.

Yeah I thinks so? I know Doom wanted Tonys armor specs because there was like a .0000000001 shield flaw in his armor or something like that, but beyond that I don't remember much of that episode. When he showed up again, he made a deal with a demon that in exchange for three pure souls he would get his family back, but he blew it when he picked the Mandarin as one of the souls and the demon took him away.
