Someone did slam into the door, but the final blow was when a bun slammed said human's head against the ground. As for gore, I didn't really think it was that gory. The decapitated head wasn't bloody, the guy whose head exploded was bloodless and cartoony, and the guy who exploded with the douche looked pretty much like a firework. Teresa, who is there, helps them sneak out since she knows it's a trap. Douche later comes to the bar and kills/drinks Tequila. El Guaco is basically just used for the "guac and balls" joke, and is never seen again.

In the movie, the epic music of the travel montage before the Dark Aisle, is replaced by a meatloaf singing Meatloaf's "I Would Do Anything For Love."

They don't ride in the hot air balloon in the movie.

Frank doesn't show the main gang the cookbook to prove that humans kill them as the gang went back to their packages/aisles instead of going with Frank to the Dark Aisle. Frank instead shows the cookbook to everyone on his own by using the security camera screens. Also, instead of everybody freakout over learning the truth, they don't believe Frank.

The orgy is moved to the end of the film, and involves all the grocery store products now.
