Afaik, they were not even planning on making it a regular feature immediately, just show the first 3 episodes, then pause for a few weeks, then the next episode.

It's been years since I've seen Princess and the Frog, but as far as I can remember Malodonia was supposed to be somewhere north of Greece in the middle of Europe.

It is safe to assume that Avalor would be somewhere in Latin America due to the traditional pre-colombian iconography with the magic jaguar birds and fox shaman and more traditional western inspired dress

But fuck dude, I haven't actually seen the show and I'm just guessin
