In fifteen years Harley will probably have something resembling her original costume - not the full jester gear but something like it - but I can see them keeping stuff like her antivillain traits and the explicit romance with Ivy.

Dc wants Harley Quinn to be their Deadpool but don't really understand why Deadpool became so popular in the 90's, so they're just copying Waypool.

There's nothing wrong with characters getting redesigned, so long as that stuff still fits in their overall theme. Harley Quinn by the name alone is meant to evoke a harlequin, and none of her more modern redesigns ever follow that theme. It would be like if we took Batman and changed his mask into a turkey head, had him operate out of a boat instead of a cave, and beat criminals by giving them candy and bad pokemon instead of striking fear into their hearts.

What prevail? Harley already did the job. She is supposed to play off what kind of horrible nut job Joker is - in the most hit-to-home horrific sense: he's a wife-beater and she's a damaged good who plays the deconstruction of a Krampden wife.

One of the most realistic things is that Harley couldn't move on - she kept going back because she thought being in this cycle was beautiful and wonderful and that under all that, Joker loved her.

If you watch Mad Love, Batman essentially plays the concerned neighbour who gets in on the concern and wants her to do better for herself - but she doesn't and wouldn't because she's in that place and doesn't want to go. She's so broken she thinks it's better than breathing. It's a fucking tragedy.

That's my Harley Quinn. There's no prevail or justice - she's that wife who comes to work and you ask

Is different, yes. Better? dunno know. I mean between Kesel and Lieberman there's 2 differents approach to Harley, one is more grounded (Lieberman), while the other is more comedically (Kesel), so I'd have to say Kesel better than Lieberman, mostly for the fact that he played with a more open-world DCU, that not to say that Lieberman is bad in anyway, he also had good parts (like the addition of Doc, the return of Doctor Quinzel)
