Movies/Shows That Made /co/ Cry

The modern manchild, everyone.

The modern manchild, everyone.

Did he have Cherubism?
>>85200380
>This shit
>Edgy cunt
>The thing from Hills Have eyes living in New York.
>>85201245
The Simpsons nailed it every once one while
>>85200211
>Sitting in cinema watching this years ago
>Mum and two young kids in front of me
>Miscarriage scene happens
>Little girl in front of me whispers, very confused
>'Mummy? Where'd the baby go?'
I did not need that extra gut punch.
>>85202215
..there was miscarriage?
>>85202270
You didn't notice that they were getting ready for a baby, and then they're in the doctor's office crying?
>>85202270
They never really explained it well.
It was either a miscarriage or her wife was infertile.
I think it's the latter considering if it was a miscarriage they've could've always just tried again but they never did.
>>85202307
not really, it was like 8 years ago , so i hardly remember.
was that the last good pixar film?
>>85202334
>her wife
I meant his.
I'm tired is the excuse I'm going with.
>>85202270
The scene doesn't really specify anything. It could've been a miscarriage, but given that they didn't just try again it would've been straight-up infertility.Probably a symptom of the same disease that killed her
>>85200211
This: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45a1NTArG-g
>>85200211
does anyone remember?
>>85202372
>>85202334
I always assumed it was a miscarriage which somehow caused her to be infertile, or that she miscarriages and that led to them discovering she would always have issues with having kids. Still, that was rough.
>>85202350
Toy Story 3 is still pretty good.
>>85202270
It was a real loss
>>85202563
oh you
>>85202270
I'm pretty positive she was just infertile
Pic related makes me tear up to this day
>>85202612
that was my assumption too.
>this hasn't been posted yet
Y'all sicken me
AlsoBye Bye Buttermere
>>85202769>Butterfree
Fuck mobile posting
I thought it was going to be more light-hearted than Watchmen was, not even more depressing wtf
I just watched Good Dinosaur tonight. The movie is all over the place. It's sort of a mess. But damn if I didn't tear up over all of those family / loss scenes.
Pixar can be hit and miss, but they really know how to tug at the heartstrings.
>>85202612
this scence fucked me up, always cry at it when i watch the movie
i remember the threads with everyone losing their shit over this when the first torrent became available.
>>85203011
*scene
sorry
Literally sobbing
This and Maggie's first word get me every fucking time god damn
This was shockingly relevant to what I was discussing with my therapist at the time.
God knows /co/ seems to have a secret love for this show
how could they show this to kids, i cried then and i'm crying now

>>85203540
I was just thinking today how Courage does the "all life is beautiful" message a lot better than Steven does. And a lot of the time they do it without being soapbox-y about it. Just a lot of silent expressions, gestures, and peaceful music.
>>85203540
dogs always make me cry, they are too pure for this world
>at the end of up where the house is on the cliff
>the futurama episode where nibbler puts fry into his moms dream and finds out shes been dreaming of him coming home
but the one that SERIOUSLY fucked me up so bad I wasn't expecting it.the episode of american dad where the apocalypse happens, stan dies and his personal heaven is with his family
>>85203540
goddamn that sucks. did his parents ever come back, did they ever appear again?
>>85204802You see them on an unnamed planet along with a bunch of mutated dogs at the end of the episode. The veterinarian gets launched there by Courage and presumably get killed/beaten by the dogs off screen
>>85205057
huh, I vaguely remember that. Well, at least they're alive.
>That wasn't living. That was just not dying.
I don't remember crying at any specific parts, just the whole setup was sad and relatable and my eyes were a bit watery through most of it.
Tangled's "When Will My Life Begin" song also made me sad, but not enough to tear up.
>>85203120
He deserved it, though.
>>85203120
I was a lad at the time but I was in fucking tears when I saw this. i thought she going to stop fighting and join the gang but instead they give her the shit end of the stick.
Zootropolis was funny then it became very sad somewhere in the middle.
i can't watch this movie without crying. it's too beautiful and perfect. i'm usually a wreck by the train scene.

This got to me. The world hates me, I'm a bad guy, but this one little sweetheart loves me, and that's something.

She was to far gone Anon
>>85206928
Fucking Don Bluth, man. When he wasn't scaring me out of my mind, he was making me cry.
I will never understand people that don't like feel-good endings.
Tinkerbell and the Legend of the Neverbeast.
Im completely serious. I was sobbing. i dont know why it hit me so hard, but it really did. it's a good movie.
>>85203754
This is the only tear worthy thing ITT. I outright refuse to watch this episode to this day
>>85200211
The Illusionist
Inside Out
Helga on the Couch (Hey Arnold episode)
lots of parts in Strangers in Paradise, but especially the ending
>>85206852
Before you get banned, I'd like to ask: is the Disney handled dubs worth qualifying Ghibli movies as being allowed on /co/?
>>85200327
Your Grandfather cried over Bambi or Dumbo as a grown man
>>85206957
No she wasn't. She was just a kid everyone gave up on and that's what pisses me off.
>>85200327
shh anon, we understand you can't process feelings.
>>85203299
What!? No, when?
https://youtu.be/BArFeuszzWs this part from Garfield's Nine Lives makes me sob uncontrollably everytime I see it. Even thinking about it makes me cry, I don't know why it effects me so much.

there will be a showing of this movie in a garden party nearby, never seen it before.
>>85212800
I absolutely love this show, but did people actually cry to Moral Orel? I've never cried because of a show or any media really, but I usually still feel sad scenes in some way. Moral Orel felt more draining than typical sad scenes. Like it was making you actually depressed, where you just feel empty inside, instead of a lot of other really sad shows.

I don't understand why the dumb dog is supposedly the sadest.
My brother and I are real bros and anytime there is something like that it hits me hard.
>>85213523
Hey man sometimes a scene can just catch you off guard.
>>85213775
Or you're an emotional crybaby.
>>85213806
Ok hardass.
>>85213888
>not crying like a bitch while watching kids-oriented low-quality a dime a dozen shitty cartoons makes me a tough guyfor you
How old are you?

(where i can find the full episode?)
The Little Matchgirl makes me cry every time
>>85213932
24, eyes watered a little, it's just empathy man and I'm wondering why you feel the need to ascertain how much better you are for having a limited stunted range of emotions? Is it autism?
>>85203754
Came here to post that, but since it's taken, this one gets me,a little teary eyed, as well asLeela's Homeworld.
>>85200211

Song of the sea.
Watched with my young daughter, cried like a bitch.
I don't care, what you faggots say. I cried like a fucking beaver
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wBaP6BOTwT8
I found this far more emotionally gripping than anything in the sequels
>>85206717I got the hardest boner at this scene

> I hate you
>Hate away

I want to love Wall-e and I used to think I did but it's a film of highs and lows. It's superb until it hits Axiom, then it becomes really forgettable.
