Most movies would act like it's always took place in the 2010s. I don't want that. That's like setting Popeye in modern times or Daria in the 2000s. It's wrong, HA is too 90s.

It was pretty damn ballsy of a kids show to pretty much come right out and say that a kid is messed up because her parents are straight up bad parents.

My brain functioned for the first time in a while.

If everything before the Christmas episode took place in late 1996 (the show's debut) and everything post Christmas episode is early/mid 1997, then the movie should take place in late '97 or early 1998.

I am one of like 10 fans who doesn't like Arnold and Helga together. I just see them better as friends, once Helga outgrows her crush
