The dramatic irony invovled would actually ensure a good story and an interesting arc for Greed, as long as the writer has the bare minimum of competence.

It could have been a Vision-tier character exploration, finally turning Creed (even if inverted) into more than GRAAAWRL I KILL YOU.

Pretty much the entire series has been like that. There were some pretty good colourists doing their best trying to make Land's static traced bullshit look interesting.

You know, I actually expected there to be like 5 different colorists, this being a big two comic and all, but it turns out, it was really just one single guy the entire time. Wasn't really expecting that, to be honest.
All the more props to Mr. "Nolan Woodard" for making a valiant effort to keep this book readable.
