While it can be argued Guts has some supernatural qualities thanks to Eclipse shenanigans, Batman faced and defeated people way stronger and with more powers than Guts. The answer is literally fuck no, even with a lifetime of prep on Batman's part.

There's no actual way to ever fully defeat Kenshiro while staying within the constraints of Batman's policies. Kenshiro physically and completely died, with zero ambiguity to his death, was put in a coffin, dragged through a desert for days, and quite literally resurrected himself because of the tears and sadness of an old man he had never met or even knew about prior to him dying. It's not like someone performed CPR on him to wake him up at that moment, or put him in a temporary near-death state with some magic medicine and gave him the antidote, or even attempted once to resuscitate him. He literally just came out of a week's worth of absolute death with no heartbeat and destroyed thugs immediately.
