It's not bad though, it's an in character line for Ult. Cap. He's in the climactic battle against an enemy he has a long history with and spouts a dumb one-liner in the heat of the moment. Nick Fury and Cap have a conversation about it in the next issue. If you want to complain about Ult. Cap and the french read the first arc for Ultimate Avengers.
