i'm making this show called tachyon
so that pic is from an episode where Robbie (dude pictured) and Leo go to an alternate earth, where humans evolved to have the ability to read each others minds. Over time they became this pseudo-hivemind, and had created a global society where there wasn't any crime, because the whole world would instantly know when you even thought about breaking the law. any crime is waaaaaay turbo bad, and Leo and Robbie, not being able to communicate with any one when they show up cause they can't read their minds, accidentally stir up trouble, get taken to the super jail, the government discovers that they are aliens (as if it wasn't obvious) and then have to fight they're way out of alternate area 51

sure, just thought id keep it brief since i was mass replying
the eyes are really flat and the mouth is too short length-wise (mouths are usually about from pupil to pupil)
since the focal point is his face he could also use some shading/shadows

You should use less thick lines when it comes to lines that stress bends in clothes etc, or even just features (unless it's meant to stand out). To add some bizang to your perspective you could also add more thickness to those in the foreground so the obviously are coming more at you. Your hands, clothing folds, and perspective could use some work, but the colors are a bit nice.

For example, it's a leaned in perspective towards the center of the picture, but the characters legs has one going in that direction and the other going straight instead of also in that direction. I mean that could be a conscious choice but it's weird and stands out. You've improved, definitely, but there's still much work to be done.

is this the placeot make requests? if so, could anyone attempt Addison from Tomboy wearing Madoka's or Homura's dress?
