Hanna Barbara were such hacks. They had decent core ideas but no ability to follow through.

It's called Skyland. Its a cgi(?) cartoon set in the future where the earth has exploded and now just floats. Water is a precious resource and an evil corporation called sphere(?) control most of it, as they have an army of robots and have telekinesis granted to them by the sun.
I probably have nostalgia goggles on but this show was the tits, absolutely amazing visuals that blew my nine year old mind. cant remember much about crap dialogue or character development but is definitely worth a watch

Is the best way to describe the artstyle.
I think it was a solid 7/10 but it came out around the same time Avatar premiered so was overshadowed by the later.
It didn´t help that the two protagonist where kind like sooka and katara.
