Mutants and Inhumans realise their common heritage, come up with an entirely new name for both of them, immediately lapped up by MCU

Inhumans born with powers show up in AoS and/or movies. X-humans or something. Immediately drop the Inhumans thing and refer to all existing inhumans as X-humans except in specific cases(like the Royal family).

deals to get a small number of X-men characters to appear in Infinity War, as X-humans, like what was done with Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. Still never mention the word "Mutant", at least with a capital M. X-men also not used, instead they use X-Factor(along with the "Future Foundation").
