Nah it was just at the start.
I felt it was important to point out but unfortunately the storytime was archived already for some reason so i had to make a new thread.

One thing i dont get about this issue is if the green lantern corps disapered why did he go ask random thugs for info instead of asking anybody on earth that was often off planet or failing that go to any goverment outside his sector (well maybe not tamaran or ventura)

I have noticed a sharp dropoff in it in recent years it may just be my imagination though i guess.

I liked it but it seems a lot of people arent happy with how much its retconing.

I can't remember how much third person narrating Venditti used, although I recall he also didn't use first person in his GL run at all until the Rebirth issue
