It isn't immediately clear. Panel 7 shows her brewing a big fucking cauldron of cure potion, and panel 8 shows Rosianna holding a cup of potion while watching Wally INDOORS. The next panel is a jump cut to them standing outside, with Wally cured. On the first read, one would assume that they both drink the potion and it does not work on Rosianna. Looking back at panel 8, Rosianna isn't shown drinking the potion she's holding, and she may be waiting for Wally to finish drinking his mug so that she could pass him the one she's holding, and thus feed him the entire cauldron one mug at a time, but since this is off-panel one wouldn't normally imagine it on the first read through.

That's aside from the point of the comic though, that Rosianna was willing to love Wally despite his plague, and even cure him, and yet he spurns her despite infecting her with his plague. Wally a shit

What makes this more impressive is that Rosianna is usually a selfish asshole about everything. A genuine act of kindness coming from someone like her is something special so when it gets rewarded with such cruelty it makes it feel even more unfair, unless you believe she had it coming anyways because of her stupidly expecting better from another known selfish asshole.
