Every character in the minis got sent back to their original timelines during Convergence as if nothing happened besides Parallax Hal, COIE Barry, COIE Kara, and pre-Flashpoint Clark and Lois. Convergence was a shitshow but this part was not hard to understand.

Funny thing is that it was Lois & Clark #1 that definitely confirmed that they survived and went elsewhere afterwards, which is kind of weird if they had no plans to use them again. They could just have had them die in the battle against the Anti-Monitor again.
