The Animaniacs writers did include a dig at Hillary in the Presidents song; it was supposed to end, "is Clinton, first name Hillary," as a slam in her power. Spielberg himself had it changed to "the Clintons, Bill and Hillary," but the original made it onto the Yakko's World album. (Spielberg also had the Kennedy line altered.) Slams on Gore, Gingrich, and the Contract With America made it onto the show. I actually think Spielberg was write to kick political jokes off a kiddie show, and the Gore and Republican jokes should also have been dropped.
