I think a battle for the helmet ala battle for the cowl style story would work great, with new and old villains coming out of the wood work to try and become the new shredder and gain control of the foot. Maybe even egged on by Kitsune overwhelming the turtles.

They both have their moments. But I don't mind the cuter turtles of Campbell. Early Duncan was pretty great. I actually quite like the cute turtles. Her Leo micro looked great.

I think they were gonna finish the comic with Shredder's death but with sellings are going so good they decided to go 100. They can go up even further or they can finish with an epic finale.
