Though, early Eddsworld "episodes" are pretty shit and the characters are interchangeable

In retrospective, a lot of earlier stuff wasn't very good but they were honestly silly and harmless that I don't understand why anybody would truly hate them. It was interesting to watch Edd's animations grow and the last couple before his death were really shaping up.

As for post death episodes- they're ok, but I prefer watching them for animation rather than humor. Paul Ter Voorde's animations and Mirror Mirror specifically are really nice to just look at. The End Part 1 was legitimately good though, with all the references and the animation being so good. Really felt like a big homage.

I still like it mostly for nostalgia reasons, but I believe it's honestly harmless.

I liked it, but post Edd it felt more like Tom's World.
Maybe that's just me.

Guy was just doing what he loved, mad respect for getting that far for doing something like that. The Post Edd episodes were good in their animation, not so much the content.
