The show would be something of a satire of sensationalist TV, politics, celebrity culture & media in general with "Home Movies"-esque improv style dialogue. Each episode would have a kind of theme or motif running through it that frames the discussion with a few running storylines that develop over the course of a season. Ideally, the panel could change from episode to episode with a core cast & guests (comedians like Dr. Katz) brought on to riff and improv.

Fun and culture clash ensues for each girl, but their experience is quite different.
For the Eastern European girl in America, it is more "The parent trap" meet "Star vs". For the American girl in Eastern Europe it is more "The parent trap" meet "Gravity Falls".

The whole thing is "the Simpsons" meet "Borat"

The plot is mostly just an excuse to make a show about city kids that journey through the world which they don't know anything about. There will also be some supernatural stuff like talking animals to make it all a little more adventurous. The first episode would show how to navigate the forests and make a campfire.

Obviously a homage to Gravity Falls and Over the Garden Wall. There could also be influences taken from other well-respected cartoons like The Simpsons, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and even Steven Universe.

Satire, when focused on, will generally revolve around meta jokes, such the 12 year old boy being yet another wimp with noodle arms, overuse of the Alpha Bitch trope, pushing their luck abusing the deus ex machina and plot armour elements, and some guest appearances, as well.

The show will not rely on modern technology all that much, but it will keep on to the longer-lasting traditions of playing with toys and reading books, since they will still be around for the next 10-20 years.

The main villain in mind is essentially a cross between Bill Cipher, Hoopa, and the Dark Star. Other characters in mind include a Cyclops wearing an Assault Vest. a pufferfish/landmine war veteran, and a typical villainous reptile.

Last Sunday I was on a train and there was a group of children coming back from a holiday colony. I told them the story of my cartoon to see if they would like it (since it is different from stuff on TV). They all wanted to watch it.

The children also agree with /co/ that most cartoons are shit today. The only one they liked was superhero stuff or Avatar, which means that there is a desesperate need for adventure cartoons in the audience right now.

There's a very, very long version of this that I put considerably more thought into, the plot explores a bunch of themes related to the nature of power, the concept of right and wrong and the emotions, identity and psychological states of humans, all the supernatural stuff and the action/fights are used as a framing device for these themes.

Who do you plan on pitching it to?

A boy falls in love with a girl.
Unable to confess, he is gifted with by a deus ex machina with the girl’s phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as well.
But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day’s confessions to the girl, she only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl he called is not the same girl he fell in love with. In fact, she doesn’t exist in this universe at all. She is the girl’s alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with the MC’s own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of her crush.
Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip the other with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of LOVE.

Set in posh, rich fantasy town where humans and intelligent animals live together in a "you scratch my back I'll scratch yours" kinda way and like living fairly separated. The story follows opposites; a young wolf girl who was nursed back to health by a brash philanthropist and raised to be a high class lady, and a boy taken in by wolves after being ditched by his human parents. After a disaster event where our feral boy crashed wolf girl's party for food only for the rich socialites to find him interesting and hilarious, the two make a pact; Feral will get what he wants (food, junk, etc) and gets to learn about humans, and wolf girl gets to pursue her interest in animal biology and behavior as well as gets to "keep" the hottest new status symbol in town. Educational Misadventures ensue, with wolf girl episodes centering learning animal behaviors and feral's episode being focused on human behavior; along with episodes going into how human affect the creatures and vice versa. As the show goes on the two start to respect each other more and see one another as more than just toy or a bank check.

Oh no. This would be a more comedic version of King of the Hill, with a dollop of American Dad. I'd like it to be a well researched show with relatable humor. If someone worked at a post office, and I made a post office episode, they should be like "Oh man, that's so true" and for people who have never worked at a post office, they would be like "Wow.
