The superhero part is fairly straightforward; he imprisoned Fisk and stopped the Hand.
As a lawyer, he fucked up the Castle trial and generally was too busy fighting crime to do legal stuff. This applies more in the second season.

Not as good as D'Onofrio or Bernthal, but a fine Daredevil. I can't wait to see him on the Defenders.
