While I don't really mind this being a recurring thing, I think OP kind of fucked up by assuming that you could do the same thing twice. Here's what I'd have done:
>come up with some kind of arbitrary theme that isn't birds (use https://www.randomlists.com/things if you can't come up with anything)
>switch up the format so that it doesn't feel like we're just repeating the first thread (for example, cutting the story into 3 "acts" between 40 and 60 frames, animating the final act first and going backward)
>Hard mode: No characters from older animations
Either way, I think it's better to wait a while before doing another.
