It just seems like a really shallow way to leave her character, I know the show in general is pretty shallow too, but I think an arc would work really well wherein Chloe gets the miraculous somehow, tries to get into hero stuff to copy ladybug ((because she is really obsessed with her and thinks she's cool, to the point of cosplaying her)) and then she has a tantrum about heroing not being as fun as she thought, but Ladybug/Chat help her see the good she's doing, or like, she has to save her father or something and then understands how it feels good to help people.

Like it's all just speculation, but I can seriously think of several episodes worth of character building for her so she doesn't have to stay as this one note petty rich girl.

I'd say you can watch them in any order if you really don't care, but if you want an opinion, I'd say watch stormy weather first, Volpina sometime towards to later end of the season, and Ladybug/Chat's origin 2 parter last, it's a really nice note to end on and feels a lot more genuine after you've seen the rest of the series.

I was disappointed as well. I was sort of hyped for her episode, I can see potential in her powers but they were just ridiculous. Lady and Chat wouldn't be able to recognize her because the miraculous seems to magical prevent people from recognizing you with the mask on

How do you think such scene would had been if it had been animated in 2d anime? Would it have had the same effect?
I feel like sometimes japanese animators dont get small gesture details, like the movement of the eyes or sudden expressions. It's always the same faces most of the time.
I feel this is because they need to get out and watch more people move and stuff, that is what Dan Haskett says anyways.

I also feel like it could work as a movie, 3d, 2d or even life action.
Problem the series had is that it was mostly filler monster of the week, which is understandable up to a certian point.
