With all the season 5 hype floating about, it's time we go back to the past to reexamine the original 52 episode run that made us love the show in the first place.
I guess I'll list what makes the show work for me
>It all has a cinematic feel. The slow walking sequences and nature shots, and eps where you're thrown in median res into a battle or action scene, makes it feel like you're watching a movie.
>The action is top notch
>Jack is a moral and like able character
I guess that's it
Top 5 episodes?
> Dome of Doom
>Ultra Robots
>Samurai vs Ninja
>Jack and the Spartans
>Birth of Evil
Bottom 5?
>Jack and the Baby
>Jack and the farting Dragon
>The naked Jack one
>The one with the stupid monster and the greaser robots
>Jack and the black samurai
Watching episode 2 right now.
Can't believe I never noticed this cameo before.

my favorite episode is the one with the princess and the bounty hunters
however i do think the show is very hit or miss, which makes me nervous about season 5 being more of the miss and less of the hit

You are me

I am everyone
Seriously tho, these are very common opinions
I've noticed that a lot of the boarders (some involved in previous CN shows, others not) were people involved with either Ren & Stimpy or at least a post-R&S Spumco (Charlie Bean, Chris Reccardi, Chris Mitchell, Carey Yost, Erik Wiese, and Aaron Springer). and in the case of Mitchell, Wiese, and Springer, were also involved with Classic Spongebob
