In that cause then its another plot point that got introduced just to drop it so they can go back to the status quo without lingering tension? Cool. I remember they pulled that with Rigby feeling left out because Mordo actually was spending a lot of time with CJ without him only to be resolved with a "No dude, its cool just listen to me."

Then they brought it back just to make Mordo look like a dick as if the previous ep didn't happen in the moving company episode.

Man, what is the point of having the characters feel shit if its not gonna last? I hate bringing it up but that's something SU and AT do in strides without having to sacrifice more filler-y eps. It just seems like such a lazy grab for attention to be honest.

That's exactly the problem though. Something like that am should be an overarching plot since it deals with some touchy stuff with our protags and inherently makes them reflect on themselves. It could have worked well with having them be isolated in space with each other, but that's just how I feel I guess.

at least Cartoon Network is finally adding reruns of this show back... at 6am Mon-Fri. But, they're airing S1 episodes, something they haven't done since 2014. (or at least, very early 2015)

This might actually affect Mordecai, Rigby and Eileen negatively to varying degrees.

Like, before Rigby could occasionally hang at her place or she at his, but now they are practically living together due to circumstances. I'm not sure whether this can work out in the long run.

I think I'm going to try and to re-watch the show from the start and keep an eye out for the times when they've gone into space. Regular Show does a lot of callbacks so I'm sure we'll see some old stuff pop up from time to time in season 8.
