It's alright, Christina Vee and Bryce Papenbrook (surprisingly for once) deliver the roles greatly (though each time I hear Bryce speak as Adrien/Chat I expect him to break and go insane similar to his role as Nagito in SDR2) the lines are pretty cringe, "de-evilize" "If so and so gets away they'll DESTROY them" it's basically like 4kids tier dubbing. I say watch the English dub if you're curious or have some nostalgia for anything dubbed by 4kids like Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh! All of the episodes for season 1 haven't been released in the west yet if I recall? So overall you might want to stick with the French dub.

Unless they plan on really developing everyone in Season 2 - a possibility, if unlikely - I think they are more likely to focus on developing the main cast (Marinette, Adrien, Ladybee) and the characters directly related to them, like Ayla and Nino. Part of the suspense in the series is due to nobody actually knowing their secret identities, and with another Miraculous user, that just increases the chances of intended conflict and misunderstandings. That's why I think another one of the students is going to be the one to get the next Miraculous: Ladybug working with the Bee user (who is actually Chloe, who she can't stand) or Alya/Nino working with one of the main two, the other not realizing who they are, makes for some really interesting interactions. Having a new Bee Miraculous show up knowing Marinette's secret doesn't seem to work as well, since there is little reason to be keeping the secret anymore unless there is some strange conflict - perhaps if it is Lila, and she doesn't WANT to talk about secret identities.

If it is just a side character, like (normal) Alya learning of Ladybug's identity, then you just get a standard "thanks for sharing my secret" situation and nothing interesting really happens. And, at the very least, I get the feeling that Zagtoons is trying to avoid the biggest and most obviously overdone tropes in the genre.

I only mention Alya, Nino, and Chloe because they already have the closest relationship to Marinette and Adrien in the show. They're a bit of the predictable choice, but then again, they don't require any further development to give an interesting relationship to Marinette/Adrien and Ladybug/Chat. Chloe especially.

On the other hand, we could see one of the other students suddenly getting a bigger focus if they become a Miraculous user. It would require a bit of focus to flesh them out, but they could end up with an interesting interaction in class along with a different situation as a superhero. It's just harder to name someone specifically who would work best for that role.

Also, note that blonde-haired Adrien probably wouldn't be the first choice for a "black cat" character, so don't be too surprised if the Bee user doesn't turn out to be blonde-haired Chloe.

I think that making another love square, but with a different dynamic, would be interesting as well. There's this fanon idea of TurtleNino and FoxAlya, where Nino/Alya are dating but Turtle/Fox absolutely hate each other. Actually I would say problem is something, very different. While giving Marinette a love rival is pointless, because of Adrien's personality, the same can't be said about Adrien. If you give Adrien a serious love rival then it's actually hard for him to compete with them.

Adrien only loves Ladybug and is ironically too blinded by his love and admiration to really notice what's going on around him, it would be almost too easy for him to help out somebody else who wanted to date Marinette, thinking that he's just helping a friend. While Marinette finds out and decides to give up on him and date the guy who he's pushing on her. But once they do that it'll be hard for Adrien to show that he truly should be the one who should end up with her when he unintentionally breaks her heart.
