A little disappointed the globe didn't make that one noise from Marble Madness when it fell.

It occurred to me earlier today that Regular Show has never had a real beach episode. Family BBQ was a pool episode which is close, I See Turtles did take place on a beach and Catching a Wave was about Pops learning to surf but there's never been a full blown beach episode. There's certainly plenty of beach movies, TV shows and songs they could use as inspiration and reference.

I think anyone who still visits and watches the show is looking forward to the finale at least a bit.

Sometimes I get ancy and other times I'm just thinking about what could happen. I don't want to get my hopes up but this is supposed to be above everything they've ever done.

I was expecting something serious at the very end considering the finale is next.

I thought they were going to be getting the new dome ordered or something, or turn a switch and the bottom of the dome seals itself (so it can hold the park in the sky) and it end that way

but I guess Langar's scene at the end was uneasy enough

i seriously love all the references and parodies they do in this show, especially all the 80s music they buy the licenses for to put in

im not sure if you guys know [but you probably do] but each individual song is usually between 2-5k depending on how popular it is, and sometimes it's much much more, which means they have a music budget of like 50-100k per season and it's definitely worth every penny

Seeing their room camped out like that was really cool and interesting. When it was shown in the leaked screenshots I thought it was a secret room they were doing surveillance in.. just noticed Rigby's trampoline there too, neat.

Looks like a dream sequence by Benson but I dunno. Maybe Rigby gets a second chance or do over or something, because he's in his normal wear here and not the banana suit.

Has RS ever faded from a normal scene to a dream sequence without setting it up that person is sleeping? If not it must either be Benson thinking about it, or it's actually happening.

Anyone have an idea as to what was happening to Benson here? When he says he isn't going to push the button, everyone pulls him away from the normal-setting button area and Mordecai says "Benson, you were-!" but it's not said what they saw when he was freaking out.

Was the static he saw censoring their words actually there, and it was putting him in a simulation kind of thing?

Yoursday finally put in Regular Show. It wasn't given special treatment and I wasn't able to hear the audio, but have a screenshot.

He was at the door pumping his fist, it cut to Mordecai, Margaret, and Eileen clapping, he skates towards them but the microphone wire doesn't move the radio with him and it catches him and makes him fall. Eileen and Margaret slowly clap confused and Mordecai has his arms crossed annoyed/bored.

Somehow when Mordecai and Rigby were cats it wasn't nearly as hard to watch as when Robin is dressed like one because of what I assume is his life wish. I'm not watching with audio, just looking for commercials.

I also couldn't stand Cat Videos if that was the name of the RS episode, it just felt really off. Probably the weakest of it's season, unless it was 6.

I liked that one well enough. First half was solid because watching Benson go into a downward spiral is sad and pitiful but also hilarious. Second half where they turn into cats was a little off but the nutty director guy kept it from bringing the episode down for me.

Yea, it's taken me awhile to like it even a little, it's pretty much just ok.

Also they showed 30 second promos for the past 2 episodes of Adventure Time I recall, and those were both 11 minutes. If we don't get a seperate 30 second promo for the finale I'm going to be really disappointed more than ever.

I was wrong, Mordecai does do his boredom arms crossed pose but Eileen and Margaret pump their fists and go "woohoo" I believe, I still have no audio.

Oh boy, what a funny episode. Full of gags and funny moments. The fake teeths, Mordecai licking that thing. THE FACES SCENE WAS TREMENDOUS! Langer is way too creepy vilain, I'm anxious about what is he going to do. There were lots of references: Indiana Jones, Marble Madness, The Three Stoogees (with Curly and Shemp). It's normal for Regular Show to give us a super funny episode before a finale (Party re-Pete, Tent Trouble, Lunch Break) and this is the best of them (Skunked and Sugar Rush were more regular).

You know, it would be really awesome if someone could find a better quality stream for the finale. I'm fine with what we've been using all this time but better quality isn't a bad thing to ask for.

One of the best things, or at least the thing I look forward to a good amount, is the special jingle in half hour special openings. I hope this one has one, they're really cool. The Dome Experiment Special didn't have one but it was treated more or less like a normal episode for the sake of starting off the dome story.

You have problems and you should learn to get past them.

Right now, the assumption is they are involuntarily sent into space because everything is kept a secret from them. What if they manage to stop the launch and save the day as usual, and then change their mind to grab an opportunity, saying goodbye to Margaret and Eileen for a while?

That would actually be kinda interesting. They are not thrown into adventure, but actively choose it to challenge and better themselves in a more extraordinary way before coming back. I can get behind that.

A pity about the girls though. Relationships outside of the park always got less focus, and in space maybe not all. Unless they can just phone home whenever, which would take care of that.

Well, here's hoping it gets it's own preview since the crossover of the titans and ppg did (even though it's in another ballpark of popularity) since they air on the same night and they acknowledged it in the condensed promo for both. Maybe Monday.

It's so depressing how this is the first special to not have a preview of it's own. CN really dropped it recently, and that's saying something since it's been over a year since it's had any broadcast history of it's own in reruns for a solid couple days, this new morning block from 6 to 7 might do it good, considering kids rely on that time in the mornings for TTG, it having RS might either piss them off or remind them that it exists, since it's likely they don't look for RS in the yoursday listing without the promo.

Grilled Cheese Deluxe, right at the beginning of the series, and we now know they have a thing for astronauts, based on this new episode and that old one.

The doors are shaped like moons and that seems to be their logo, it was like that from the beginning.

Anyway, in that episode we see a woman with an eye patch, she's a part of the space station right across the street of Cheezers (I don't know if that stuck for future episodes though)

Is she connected to Langar and the plot? "I don't remember very much from the conference..."

There's also the girl from Park Managers Lunch, where they were already setting up stuff for Gene's connection in all of it, is she important too?
